KFC in Royal City Mall provided a satisfactory dining experience, albeit with some room for improvement. Service was prompt and efficient, with staff members attending to orders in a timely manner. In terms of cleanliness, the restaurant was well-maintained and presented a tidy appearance.
We did order for dinning in. But we got the worst service. The girl I don’t know her name but she give me fries sandwiches in my hands. I know it’s bot her fault as she is following the rules but when I asked for tray and she said we don’t have trays and if you want a bag then you have to pay for a bag otherwise you can have food in hands.
