I have been a customer of this KFC for many years and have dealt with Navjot & Harpan who are both managers on duty (at the times I have been there) and they are always kind and courteous and polite and I wanted to pay kudos to both of them and also to the franchise owner of this store as she is also been very helpful. Will always keep coming here! I called today and the moment I walked into the store 2.5 hrs later Harpan knew I was here for the spicy chicken!

I was just at kfc newton 630pm. I ordered 2 can dine,both fries poutined, lg gravy, got 1 poutine n no gravy , and waited 15min, disappointed. I would like creditz

Food was cold. # Management you need to reconsider your evening shift employees definitely the ones working at drive through last night which is of the date 9th December 2024(945ish) time. It's not the fast food joint I remember back from the days. Very incompetent and negative behavior with your customers/clients. I think you call them panhandlers now. #reconsider your staff. Never ever stopping again here and I was a weekly regular here. Worst experience ever.

Why in the world would KFC make thier chicken only halal. No offense to my brethren from the Islamic faith, however, there are more people who do not eat Halal, as opposed to eat Halal in Canada.

We wait for 35mins in drive thru then they said we are closed it was just 12am and in google maps shows it shows they are open till 1pm then one of the employees said u don’t see the board how can we see that we r in the drive just wastage of time and didn’t got anything to eat . They said we r taking online orders but still they are open they should prepare something if guest is in the door. Then what is point of drive thru. Really worst service.

KFC is halal now in BC . Alhamdulillah… I took fried chicken 2 pc thigh . Both pcs are too much salty and top cover it seems they just warm previous pieces. Taste was horrible. This was my first time visiting kfc and experience wasn’t good enough actually. Moreover place was so dirty. Floor was so messy with water or drinks and papers. My whole evening just spoiled .

Excellent service.The staff is well trained and knows how to talk to the customers. Their service is very fast and satisfactory. I got my order in less than 5 minutes. Their fried chicken and sandwiches are fabulous.
