So slow.. in Store.. if i could leave 0 star i would
ordered at 6:05. still hadn't shown up by 7:45. called and they were not help. started making noodles before thee children eat their own arms. 7:50 knock on the door. i told him i wasn't paying for food that was over a hour and half wait.. sent delivery driver on his way. store called me 1 min later. trying to beg forgiveness... lame. Update... chicken good. Service beyond pathetic

If you are not going to answer you phone DON’T put it in google.
I don’t know how difficult is it to send the correct order. Ordered famous spicy chicken sandwich got something else even when I called in(call was answered after 4-5 tries)to request a change in my order.
Thankfully Doordash has competent staff working who knows the difference between 2 different sandwiches after reading the descriptions. While people trained by and working for KFC do not.

We are vegetarian so for last 18 years we have been using Taco-bells on this location and one on hwy 10 &176. When it comes to veg option bean Challupa combo you get almost $12 bucks is worth nothing. No beans andvsouces but just lettuce. They are getting cheaper day by day

Absolutely garbage got a twister meal with poutine, my poutine had no gravy and was completely cold along with my twister cold!!!!!! I called and she said we'll the cheese is frozen and you need to ask for gravy!!! Ask for gravy??? A poutine is supposed to come with gravy!!!! So mad

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from KFC staff member Julia. From the moment I interacted with her, she showed a very negative attitude. Instead of assisting me politely, she argued unnecessarily and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, but instead I was made to feel like a fool.

Customer service should be about respect, patience, and professionalism, but unfortunately, Julia showed none of these qualities. Her behavior left me frustrated and upset, and this is not what I expect when I choose to visit KFC. Staff members represent the brand, and such rude and unhelpful treatment reflects very poorly on the company.

I truly hope management looks into this issue seriously. Customers come for good food and good service, not to be disrespected or argued with. KFC needs to ensure that staff like Julia are properly trained to handle situations in a professional and respectful manner.

Slow service, waited 30 min for my order. They pre clicked on the app that I had picked it up. I hadn't received anything and it wasn't even ready when I showed it to the cashier. Ridiculous location. Tables and floors were sticky. No pride at all.

So to start, this is an old establishment and has never been upgraded and is showing that it's very rundown. Not much effort being put in to the cleaning. Washrooms were dirty and smelly. We ordered upgrade to onion rings and we got 6 onion rings.3 were extremely small. Not worth the money at all. My wife's dinner bowl was with chicken and there were two tiny pieces of chicken in it. We complained and they topped it up but we shouldn't have to ask for value for our money. Probably the last time we will come by.
