I went to the store for DoorDash pickup. The staff didn’t pay attention at all. Told them about my order and I was waiting there looking at their faces while they were just talking to each other. Then another guy came for pickup, he was trying to talk to them while three of the staff member completely ignored him. This is not how you welcome your customers.

Went to this KFC just after Christmas and they charged my credit card 2 times, however they won’t refund my money. Called in 3 times to have this resolved provided them with all my information each time and still nothing. Figured that a business like this would do the right thing but I guess I will need to contact Visa and claim this back. Guess KFC is in difficult times and needing to STEAL from families to try to get ahead. At least there are other options in the neighborhood now. Go to Jolibee or go to Mary Browns not only is their chicken much better not greasy but they also won’t STEAL from you. KFC you have officially lost my business forever. GFYourselves.

When i visited there were dozens of flies around the soft drink area, The chicken was cold and overcooked. The manager Randy needs customer service training and food safe because the hygiene at this restaurant was not acceptable. If you want KFC go else where!

If you want great customer service, timely response and great food, do not expect it at this location. I wish I read the reviews of the store beforehand because I would have been better off looking somewhere else. I have visited other locations to measure and this place is declining quickly. First of all, I ordered food for my children who like fried chicken. The delivery took about an hour, I can live with that. However, once the food arrived it was cold, to go containers soggy and underwhelming. Secondly, they forgot some items but my kids were hungry so I figured what the heck I'll call and it can be rectified easily considering the mistakes that have been made already we will be flexible. On the contrary, nobody likes to answer the phone here so it takes over 35 mins to even voice these concerns. I'm very dissatisfied at this point and am looking merely to refund the items not delivered instead I am told that cannot happen and the employee proceeds to argue with to the point I don't even think the employee was listening at all to what I was saying. I wanted to refund the entire meal if I was being honest but I will settle for the portion that was not delivered, and then she told me off and hung up once I asked to speak to the manager. Finally, I visit the store to speak to the manager and while I am there I can hear the employees giggling and mocking me as I speak with the manager. Talk about a poorly run business. In the end this place cares nothing about the paying customer and the fact I was belittled, embarrassed publicly and my time was treated with such disrespect means I will not waste my efforts returning here again. Save your money and save your self respect, go somewhere else if you want a good experience.

Unprofessional and rude staff including The so called Manager, broken and filthy washrooms, food not upto the mark and attitute at peak. This is what you get when you handle the command to illitrates.? first learn the basics of customer service then jump to Higher positions (without favorism/nepotism) you will get some respect.

I went to the drive thru at 8:30 pm, there was only 1 car in front of me. I waited over 20 mins for my order (2 sandwiches and a small macaroni salad). When I pulled up to the window I watched the girl in the back make my order while wearing her earbuds. This girl tossed the bread on the table grabbed the chicken with her barehands and made my food without gloves. As I had a crying baby in the back due to the long wait, though I was grossed out I let it go without complaining and went home. When I got home I proceeded to eat my meal and got a nice long black hair in my sandwich. Do not go to this KFC it is not sanitary and the staff clearly are just their for a paycheque. So gross.
