I went to the store for DoorDash pickup. The staff didn’t pay attention at all. Told them about my order and I was waiting there looking at their faces while they were just talking to each other. Then another guy came for pickup, he was trying to talk to them while three of the staff member completely ignored him. This is not how you welcome your customers.
Went to this KFC just after Christmas and they charged my credit card 2 times, however they won’t refund my money. Called in 3 times to have this resolved provided them with all my information each time and still nothing. Figured that a business like this would do the right thing but I guess I will need to contact Visa and claim this back. Guess KFC is in difficult times and needing to STEAL from families to try to get ahead. At least there are other options in the neighborhood...read full review
