First off, I’ve had so many different employees serve me here and they are all super sweet, friendly and kind. Always consistently greeting me with Sats ri akaal upon entrance which is so respectful and sweet. I heard their ladoo were tasty so I asked for one, the lovely gal gave me 2 to sample. The staff clearly put their heart into this place and we are here for it!! The white barfi, ladoo and gallab jamuns are our fave!! Hands down the best stuff in the city, don’t bother going anywhere else. It’s even better than your Kulwant aunties barfi- trust me!!

My family truly enjoys visiting this shop. The quality is consistently excellent—not only in the sweets, but also in the wonderful staff. I have to admit, I’m a little jealous of “Karamjot”, because my mom absolutely adores her! With her warm smile and kind words, she’s managed to make my mom completely hooked—on both love and sweets!
My aunt loves visiting this shop and often talks about the kids working there, even mentioning them at her workplace. Today, I visited Khalsa Rasoyee for the first time. At first, I was a bit disappointed by the long queue and slow service. An elderly man and a woman were handling the front desk. Later, they called over a young boy to assist, and I was really impressed by his speed and positive attitude towards both me and other customers. Now I understand why my aunt enjoys coming here every weekend and always leaves with a smile.

I visited Khalsa Rasoyee last week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The girl at the front desk seemed inexperienced and was quite rude. Her attitude made me feel as though I had done something wrong by walking in as a regular customer.
I’ve been coming here regularly, and the young staff members I’ve interacted with in the past have always greeted me warmly and provided fast, exceptional service. This recent interaction was a stark contrast and completely unexpected.
I hope the service standards that made me a loyal customer can be maintained consistently by all team members.
