4 August 2025 around 8:50pm or 9:00pm, I had a really disappointing experience. The staff (girl) was shockingly rude and had zero interest in customer service. On top of that, the pizza I received was the worst I’ve ever had. Definitely not coming back. They need serious improvement in both food quality and how they treat customers.

The lady at this shop doesn’t know about customer service. Once I entered, no one at the location looked at me and showed a bad attitude. She is on a call with her friend, and we are waiting until her call finishes. This is Canada; remind her someone. If she acts like this, this store will lose.

We were there at 10:32 pm- 12/23 ! Wanted to order garlic cheese bread. Girl refused the order as she said I don’t have it at this time. I only have pepperoni pizza prepared! And i am not making anything new!

Little Ceasars has either really gone downhill over the years or maybe its just my tastebuds in general hsve been the one to majorly change lol. Paid an extra $2 for extrA cheese on my crazybread and i swear for a joke i stead of putting more they put less than normal but charged me for it. Also their gumball machine still is .25 cents for a chance at a free crazy bread. However when i was ypumg there were tons of winners you could visibly see in the machine which made it more exciting because pf the chance you coukd see in plain sight. Tonight i took a long look And no jokes, im not sure there is any winners in the machine. I wont be wasting my time or money and ill be spending. The extrz bucks for qulity pizza and with thY generally will cone better service too... Dont waste your time...trust me
