If a manager says to you “it happens sometimes” then shouldn’t the manager do something about that to prevent it?? I’ve worked at a cafe before and we always check to make sure there are no coffee grounds that end up in a customer’s drink, that’s disgusting! And the customer service is awful, what would a refund for a $1 coffee do? After swallowing coffee grounds, should at least compensate with something else on top of a refund if I was the manager. Do not go to this location, disappointing…

I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s. Honestly, I feel like they charge a lot for food that isn’t great quality, especially if you care about health. The fries have a strange taste, and I suspect they add something to make them addictive. If you’re craving an ice cream cone, good luck—the machines are almost always broken. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for food. The only things I might consider are their coffee, tea, or ice cream if it’s actually available.

Such awful service:
Restraint is to be open until 10pm and he staff close it well before as well as block the drive thru.

I do not drive so when I go to the restraint at 9:45pm I expect service. I called and the boy in the phone was extremely rude and dismissed the rats of hours and service.

Has been waiting for drive thru for more than a hour. The longest wait I have ever done.

You should inform your staff. When a customer asks. Where the $0.25 for the bag goes to. The short-haired daytime manager. Claims it gets submitted to the city of Surrey. Please tell your staff it goes into the owner's pocket. Which it's supposed to go green initiatives. IE reusable cups, reusable french fry containers. Have you been audited yet?
