During my recent visit to McDonald’s, I had the pleasure of trying the Avocado Crispy Wrap and a French Vanilla coffee, both of which left a lasting impression. Horrible service, refuse to adapt your order eg add "onions to burger" only at this location as per the managers choice, trash, will not go back. Other locations nearby have better service and don't make stupid decisions like not allowing to customize your order.

This place has really gone downhill. Use to be good. Now you wait 15 minutes in line. Told to park and wait for your order and 10 minutes later you get your food. One important thing was missing from my burger, the actual beef patty! How does this even happen?

More than 10 kids toys on display but the ones that are given are pathetic ones. Limited supply and what you see is not what you get. Today we ordered two kids meal and a sweet chilli junior burger… luckily it was a dine in so we could walk back to the counter and ask for the missing kids meal toys. And again walk back to the counter for a ketchup… wasn’t it given by default ? ********The grinch meal is not available in ten of the other stores i checked, apparently there was a limited supply and it is till 31st of Dec so most likely it will not be resumed. BUT WHY THE LIMITED SUPPLY *******

Save ur money and frustration. Not worth the wait, convenience, or appetite!!!! I made the mistake of ordering it in person after having a terrible experience ordering it on skip only because it was convenient and I was in a hurry. By far, the worst McDonald’s ever. I should know this because I worked at one. I’ve also noticed they do not follow heating regulations after closing hours. 100% place needs an inspection. Would not be surprised if there are food and safety violations, as I’ve seen a cashier handling another customers food without washing their hands. Food came out cold, no extra onions or pickles, no ketchup, root beer that I ordered online was just carbonated water. My root beer was literally the colour of washed down ice tea. I would much rather starve through lunch than eat here. If they did a free promo on all menu items, I still wouldn’t go there. I would rather bribe a city inspector to do a surprise visit so it can be shut down than grab a ketchup packet from there.

Staff were nice, didn't have to repeat myself or anything either which is nice but they got my food wrong in the drive thru so nothing I could do down the road
Also I get charged extra for honey for my coffee and they don't even put it in? That's annoying especially when I'm in the drive thru
Their Coffee machine is broken for more than a month and I wonder why !!

Order number B4833 Always miss orders, itz was thrice once in drive through once in uber what a bad customer service and when u called the store the staffs are so so rude..we paid for it so make sure to open ur eyes n read the order carefully
