My go-to spot in Surrey for authentic, richly flavoured Bun Bo Hue. They don’t put a ton of oily red satay in there causing it to be too spicy without a deeper flavour but there is just the perfect level of spice; you just have to experience it to know what I’m talking about. The pork blood and pork hock make it all the more authentically homestyle.
Had the vinegar hotpot, it was fun and tasty. Server came to teach us how to eat it ❤️
Tasty authentic Vietnamese food. I love their Bun Bo Hue. I've taken my aunts and uncles, who were visiting from Vietnam, to this restaurant for Bun Bo Hue and every one of them have been impressed with the flavour of this dish. Highly recommend!
