My husband and I love going to Milestones and we've been to the Southpointe location several times. We've never been disappointed. The service is exceptional, as is the food. Our server, Jan was attentive and personable which is appreciated. We both had a Baha fish Taco to start from the happy hour menu. Wow, so good and a good size too. I had the Citrus Mango Salad and added grilled salmon. To drink, I had the Tropical Heatwave mocktail. All delicious. Yummy! My husband had the 1989 Burger and roasted garlic Caesar salad. My husband loved the burger, which was stacked! To drink, my husband had a Stanley Park Lager. We want to come back and share the experience with our son and family members. Thank you once again.

We were seated at our table, had a drink each and had just placed our order. The power went out. No generator came on. People started leaving. Cash only which I did not have. My guest had cash so she paid for both of us. It was 7:45 pm. I thought it would have been good customer service to not charge us for our drinks since we were not getting dinner and had to find somewhere else to dine.

Food was great but service was really slow. Waited over 35 minutes for a drink, when the bill came out I expected not being charged for the drink. To our surprise the drink was on the bill. We brought it up to the server and she had both drinks removed from the bill. We appreciated having them off the bill, but we're just shocked we had to address it in the first place. The server was really lovely and kind however, I think she just had too much going on.

Got the cali benny took my dad asked for soft to medium poached aka specifically said no slimy white and I got one egg completely inedible and all slime even the server was alarmed

My wife and I live nearby and have visited this restaurant many times over the years. Over the last few years, this establishment appears to be on a downward spiral and it seems that management is neglecting some basic things. Firstly, the entrance door was filthy and growled like it was going to fall off the hinges as we opened it. The interior was dark and the entire atmosphere seemed on the dingy side. It wasnt always this way. There are so many good dining choices in the area, I'm not sure we'd go back to Milestones, Southpoint. Atmosphere and ambiance matters when dining out. Sad to witness the decline.

There was a girl at the reception who seemed to be out of it — possibly under the influence of something. She wasn’t in control of herself, her eyes were rolling back. We had to wait for a long time, and then she was rude to us. After that, we chose a spot ourselves, and she told us we couldn’t behave like that. As a result, we decided to leave the place entirely and set a personal ban on ever returning there.

Food was absolutely delicious !!!!!! We ordered tuna stack to start—fresh and yummy ! Then couldn’t decide between entrees so did the taglia something pasta which was delicious!! Followed by my new favourite - the prawn noodle bowl!!! Everything came out piping hot and hit the spot. Great Happy hour selection and service was friendly and top notch. :) Underrated neighbour spot! Will be returning soon for good portions, friendly service and food that isn’t boring.
Wonderful experience. Our server was wonderful. The food was great. We were very happy with our experience. She remembered the birthday and served it on time.

We were given a dirty, sticky booth. Someone should have checked it beforehand. Soda was sprayed everywhere. Food was ok. Service was great!!

Firstly it is a beautiful restaurant, the vibe is so good. The food quality and quantity both are good and the staff is amazing. We went there for my birthday with family and friends and we had a great time. They have options for kids and also have vegan options which I ordered and it was pretty good.

I had a disappointing experience here for the 2nd time in a row. Both times I ordered an omelette without the meat and both times it came with the meat. The managers were good in reordering it for me and offering to comp our entire meal, but something is not being communicated between the serving staff and the chefs. It's hard enough finding food to eat in a restaurant as a vegetarian, so when we explain we want the meal without the meat, it should be easy enough to do. I will not be stupid enough to ever order this particular dish again. I better stick with choices that don't even offer a meat choice. It shouldn't be a hard thing but it is for some reason.
