The owner at Minh Cafe is honestly such a gem. He’s super passionate about doing things right and never takes shortcuts. The banh mi bread is made in house and you can really taste the difference. I visited this location with my friend. The lemongrass chicken banh mi sandwiches are unmatched! It all tasted very fresh and healthy. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area for quality sandwiches.
Hands down the best bánh mì anywhere in the lower mainland. Tim is the best! He puts so much love and dedication into what he's built, and it shows through in every bite. VERY highly recommend!
