Pizza is fine I guess but the employee at the stores try to rip you off like they get some cut of the sales. Tried to order a pizza online and forgot to hit confirm on the order. Went to go pick it up, and obviously they never received the order, which is fine. But I go to order the exact same thing and the employee tries charging me 10$ more than what online quoted me because “I made more than 2 customizations to the pizza” this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, if...read full review
so I got a pan pizza for $5, good price, and the pizza wasn't bad, contrary to how terrible I know Panago normally is. then I ordered one (1) dip, sweet mustard, also pretty good, but for some reason they gave me three and charged me for 3. ended up being about $10. again, it was decent for the price, just weird, unwelcoming service. i don't know how I feel, and I don't know how this changes my life. but at least I have a mustard to drink, and a mustard to dip my pretzel in.
I just ordered a jalapeño white sauce grilled chicken and pineapple im not to sure what happened there was hardley any jalapeño white sauce this place is usually great not this time

Panago Pizza offers delicious pizza with prompt delivery service. Customers have noticed improvements, as the oven temperature was fixed, resulting in fast and tasty pizza. However, some have experienced dry and burnt food at certain locations, suggesting the need to check oven settings. Despite this, the courteous delivery staff has impressed customers, leading them to switch from other pizza chains. While the Caesar salad dressing could be more generous, the overall experience at Panago Pizza is positive, with plans to order again in the future.
