HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!! If I could give service a double zero , I WOULD !!!!! The owner barely speaks English, she took our order by phone and messed it up. We live 30 minutes away, I got home and was very frustrated with the mess up, I called to tell them about the error and instead of at least apologizing, she was extremely rude and yelled on the phone, I could barely understand her, taking zero responsibility for her mistake, and zero effort to fix it. I will never buy food from this restaurant ever again! Why do business owners not realize customer service is super important, my family and I will never return there, we used to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars dining at this restaurant, they will not ever get another dollar from me!

This was my first time here, and it sure won't be the last. This is a standard pho resto and a bit better than others. I really have no complaints.The food portions were still massive and prices decent. I didn't feel robbed. The food was good and had plenty of food left over. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive.The service was adequate. Perhaps not as attentive as other restaurants but they were responsive when you call for them.If you're in the Fleetwood area, give this a place a try. Your tummy and wallet will leave happy.

3 servers two waitress ignored me 10times. I even couldnt order food till a waiter came. Food was good. But I don’t think I will come back again. They were rude. Never experienced in any restaurant ever like this. I said excuse me 10 times.

I ordered a lemongrass pork and it doesnt taste good also, they put thin slices of pork and it wasnt that much.the soup that came with it tasted good for meThe customer service was ok not great but they were not rude either so id give it 3/5

Went there for my wedding anniversary dinner. Was very pleasantly surprised. Food was very good. Service was at par with food, very good. Would definitely go back and would most certainly recommend it.

I was really excited when I read the reviews of this restaurant since it was so close to my house I thought I'd try it ordered my larger beef and two spring rolls and the soup came with five pieces of beef and way too much cloves in the broth you couldn't taste anything else other than clove. I then bit into the spring rolls to find that there was nothing more than noodles and a few pieces of carrot. Nothing else! 25.00 is way too expensive for that. Told the owner and she couldn't care less.
