I had a minor issue with my order (chana puri), called and spoke to Fatima. Very nice humble person. Took care of my order. I highly recommend this place.
If someone is living in Surrey, then really want to have real taste of Samosas then there is no other place to go. Just visit Pak Punjab. I live in Fraser valley, still when I came in Surrey, every time I went there for samosas.
