Generally the customer service you get is based on how well of a customer you are, so I wouldn't take those reviews into consideration. And how is this place overpriced? This little local gem is the place to go for good quality pizzas and friendly service! Every order we’ve had, has been fresh and toppings generous. Best of all, the crust is not drenched in grease like many chain store pizzas (ahem looking at you P*zza H*t).
Pepperoni Cafe is a classic example of getting what you pay for. Beautifully crafted pizzas with generous and fresh ingredients. Yes, you can get cheaper pizza on Scott Road but nothing compares to the quality here.
