So I “rediscovered” Pepperoni Cafe about a month ago - and it was FANTASTIC. Service (takeout) was good and quick, staff was friendly, and pizza was delicious. The PROBLEM is that I have now tried to go back 3x since then, and they have been closed (during regular business hours). I was so determined to have it for dinner one night that I stopped by their location on the way home (after nobody answered the phone) - and it was dark and locked up. No signs on the door indicating anything … just nobody there. I have tried calling there on two other occasions, when Google Maps has indicated they were open, and am still getting no answer. Their website is also not working (although it wasn’t working when I successfully ordered from them either).I’m not sure if they are in the process of closing down permanently, or what the deal is, but I would definitely try calling before you go there - even if just to confirm that they are open.This all being said - if they’re open, I highly recommend their pizza.

Generally the customer service you get is based on how well of a customer you are, so I wouldn't take those reviews into consideration. And how is this place overpriced? The prices are great and fair.Came in today and was greeted right away, customer service was 5/5 fantastic.I come here for sub sandwiches, they are so fresh here and the bread is great, flavours are amazing, highly recommend the Italian sub. A 12" is like $10, so affordable and way higher quality than Subway, and way more filling.Veggies and lettuce taste like right out of the grocery store, super fresh.Cold cuts are high quality.I will try the pizza soon. And some other things. So many options, and even soups and frozen goods I think.Great little spot.

Customer Service was fine, Pizza was the worst pizza I have eaten. As you pick up a slice all the toppings slide off. Washrooms out of order, hardly any drinks and the place wasn't very clean. Will not be going back.

This little local gem is the place to go for good quality pizzas and friendly service! Every order we’ve had, has been fresh and toppings generous. Best of all, the crust is not drenched in grease like many chain store pizzas (ahem looking at you P*zza H*t).

I ordered large All Meat Combo & Large Tandoori combo. Taste are a bit bland, but the ingredients are fresh. Well, their pizza is not to my liking. I think Pizza Hut Pizzas taste much much better.Their staff are friendly, cafe is clean but only the pizza taste is not good enough. I won't be going back for another try because their price is a bit expensive.

Over priced pizza. We ordered a large veggie $23 and large cheese. Total bill came to $40.I don't mind paying more for good pizza. We love pizza. This was the first time we tried this place. For that price we were expecting something great. While the veggie pizza was fresh, it wasn't loaded or had a lot of cheese. It wasn't anywhere close to Porto Fino. They too are expensive but their pizzas are loaded.
Amazing food and great service! We highly recommend the Pepperoni Cafe to everyone. Their subs are fantastic :)

The last two times I have ordered from this restaurant they have made mistakes. The first time they gave my pizza to the skip the dishes delivery person so I had to wait for a whole new pizza to be made….nothing offered for the mistake. Today, I ordered a pizza, they quoted me 20-25 minutes. I showed up after 25 minutes and they said it would be another 12 minutes…I was offered a free drink for the inconvenience. All I really wanted was my pizza ready on time both times. I feel like this place is under new management that does not really understand how to provide good service. This used to be my favorite pizza place hands down and I was willing to pay more but not anymore. Buy pepperoni cafe!!!
