Their salad rolls are super small, but the everything else is ok. I loved the restaurant decorations.

Cheapest Pho joint I have found, but portion reflects that. Soul was good, but would have liked a bit more toppings. Would still recommend this place for sure!

Please stop cutting the noodles in half. It’s heartbreaking, and just feels wrong.

Staff was really nice, service fast, I got a robot bringing my bubble tea which I wasn’t expecting and made my day how cute it was… (these details sometimes make the difference, right?)
Menu was very very customizable.
Our pho was delicious, portions really big. I don’t know if I was way too hungry or what, but the salad roll and the spring rolls were friggin delicious. Really good priced also. Tea was yummy! (My first option for going dinner out is always white-people pho, I have visited many of these places)
My bubble tea was mango strawberry milk slushy, and oh man that was good. My only observation would be that the tapioca pearls were sticked to each other so it was difficult to get them through the paper straw.

If you want, tasty Vietnamese with a wide selection, then this is the place to go. You were greeted with a restaurant that is very vibrant, clean and colorful. The staff are friendly and cheerful. The menu is quite extensive compared to other pho restaurants. The portions are decent, the broth is tasty and the meats are delicious. The Vietnamese sandwiches are also exceptional and the prawn torpedo appetizers were delicious as well. The price is reasonable I’m looking forward to my next visit for sure.

The Pho is great. The downside of this place is the service. Once they take your order and bring it, they NEVER come back to the table. If you need something or want a refill of your drink you have to search for someone.

My first experience with Pho 99, I ordered a rare beef noodle soup and a bbq pork banh mi. The soup was good, no complaints there, but the sandwich, which I was so desperately craving and looking forward to, was so stale, I couldn’t bite through the bun, literally. It was just inedible. I sincerely shed a tear. When you have such a strong craving for something and are left with devastating disappointment…it really ruins an experience.

If I could change my previous 5 star review to a quarter or no star at all, that is exactly what I would be doing.

Honestly so disappointed. I had been coming here for the past ten and a half years; and what used to be my favourite spot has not only slowly declined in quality but it has avalanched out of control.

What their staff is now classifying as “fatty brisket” is completely inedible silver skin. I would know this as both my partner and I work in the food service/meat industry. You can’t even get your teeth through it and quite frankly I wouldn’t even consider feeding it to a dog.

On a second note, upon arrival of the fried wontons, after taking one bite, we quickly realized that the entire inside is raw pork, Which is 100% a food quality and safety/health issue for any of their patrons.

I had been looking forward to my meal with my husband at this location for over a month as we are moving out of town, because this was always a family favourite. And now we have left with empty bellies, food poisoning, and a bad taste in our mouth for our final night in town. Absolutely Disgraceful.

This restaurant has the worst service.

I ordered the steak and fatty brisket phò and I must say, this place serves a comforting bowl of beef noodle soup. The broth was tasty with a generous amount of fresh vegetables on the side, it was perfect for the cold weather. The fried rolls were a good compliment to it, just make sure to dip it in their vinegar sauce and chili sauce for that extra yum. The hubby ordered the lemongrass pork and vermicelli bowl and it was flavourful too. Serving portions can be good for sharing. Also had a freshly blended avocado shake to go. Overall, it was a good lunch.

Ordered through Skip, soup was EXTREMELY oily, I scooped out so much and it still looked like this. Beef did not look nor smell fresh and the salad rolls were tiny and tasteless. I don’t know if ownership changed but I won’t be ordering from this location again.
