This is THE spot for good Pho around Newton. Cozy spot in the plaza and it’s close to the R1 RapidBus stop! Ample free parking but for some reason people will still fight over a parking stall. The food was great and the miserable motorists in the parking lot should find a therapist, or eat more Pho at Pho Newton, they’ll be happier.

Love this place! Great pho, fresh broth, lots of extras, & fresh rare beef. Pork patty salad roll is awesome. Great bubble tea and vietnamese coffee.

I cannot reccomend this place enough!! 🤩
I eat here at least once a week.

Pho Newton is a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal without the fuss. It’s not the kind of place you go to for atmosphere or fine dining—it’s where you go when you want good food served fast at a fair price, and it delivers exactly that.

The food was delicious and fresh, with rich, flavorful broth and well-cooked noodles that hit the spot. The portions were generous for what you pay, and everything tasted clean and balanced. It’s clear they know how to do the basics right—no shortcuts, just well-prepared Vietnamese comfort food done the way it should be.

Service was quick and efficient. The staff didn’t waste time, which I appreciated, especially for a casual stop. You’re seated fast, orders are taken promptly, and food comes out within minutes. It’s the kind of place where you can be in and out without feeling rushed, just fed well and on your way.

Prices were reasonable, and that’s part of what makes Pho Newton such a good choice. You get a filling, flavorful meal that doesn’t cost more than it should. There’s a sense of consistency here—it’s dependable, straightforward, and exactly what you expect when you walk in.

The restaurant itself is simple but clean, with a comfortable setup that makes it easy to relax while you eat. It doesn’t need to be fancy to do what it does well.

Overall, Pho Newton is a great stop if you’re looking for something quick, tasty, and affordable. It’s not trying to impress anyone—it just focuses on good food and fast service, and sometimes that’s all you really need. Definitely worth it if you’re nearby and want a solid bowl of pho without overthinking where to go.

Ordered for delivery. spicy pho rare beef and brisket, bbq beef ribs vermicelli, fried wontons and fried buns with condensed milk sauce for my husband and I tonight along with bubble tea. Super pleased with the quality and quantity! Will be our go to from now on it is our first time trying and would 100% recommend. Prices were also decent. We have tried plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in the lower mainland and this place is on the top of our list now. We moved here from Winnipeg a few years back and didn’t have any out here to compare to KG SAIGON until now. Thanks pho newton we will be back!

I ordered Door Dash yesterday from this restaurant and that’s all I ate all day because after I felt so bloated (and I didn’t even finish it). The flavour of the pho was off it tasted like there was something wrong. The spring rolls tasted amazing however! The flavour of the spring rolls were so delicious it helped distract from the fact that the soup tasted off. The soup left me with a weird feeling in my stomach so I didn’t eat all day after. Suddenly I find myself throwing up in the toilet and I got food poisoning. I knew something was off in the flavour of the soup. It may have been how the noodles were handled because I left some noodles out and when I went to taste them, they tasted off. Hopefully you guys change gloves when handling different food items to prevent cross contamination and wash your hands regularly. I’ve never gotten food poisoning from pho in my life. I’m really disappointed because I love pho and just wanted a delicious bowl of soup.

I have eaten hundreds of bowls of pho in my life. This was the worst. Tasted like they put oil in water and called it a day. Never again.
