I made a pick up order with Uber eats for the chicken chow mein - as seen in the photo, It clearly describes what is written in the meal.
I shouldn’t have to open the meal each time to certify that I’m given what I paid for. I opened the meal. I had driven very far away at this point and this is not what I had ordered. I called Uber support, they said that there’s nothing they could do because it’s a pick up order, so I called the store and they said that there’s nothing they can do unless I have to drive back to the store, which is very far away from me at this point.
They could not even issue a refund from their side or even contact Uber support on their side to accept their mistake.
To the store owner, you wrote me a note that I have to choose beef or chicken when it’s clearly highlighted on the app that this is a chicken based meal. I almost had an allergic reaction from the beef which had contaminated the sauce. Thanks to you.

Ordered the chicken banh mi again hopes for a better outcome this time around but nope, still terrible. Avoid this item, I don't think it ever comes out tasting right :(

Update: must have changed owner because the broth is very bland while greasy and sweet. It is missing flavour... I had to add 2 big scoops of chili oil to down it. The portion/topping were generous for the price (16.99 for Large) but broth ruins the taste big time.
Average price, large for 9 dollars and small for 8 dollars. Good portion and flavour except the tendon are in thin slices, where as most places are in chunks so you do get much less tendon.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the bag came unstapled with soup spilling at the bottom. The broth was so sweet and did not taste good at all. Will not be ordering here again.

This was our first visit and definately last. Ordered Pho for myself and wifey ordered a chicken and vermicceli noodles.
Pho- very little meat and had a fishy flavor. The soup was sweeter than sweet and literally tasted like sugar water.
Chicken- came out soggy and pink. Spring rolls were drenched in oil. Mind you my wife doesnt eat poork and they put both the pork and veggie sprinroll in her dish.
Server was eating and picked her teeth behind the til with her hands then brought out another tables dish.
Save your time and drive 2 block to Pho Tau Boi

Pho Newton restaurant definitely impressed me with the service rendered. The spring rolls were amazing. As far as the pork chop I was not particularly interested in the taste it was very peculiar and unusual compared to other pork chops I have eaten. I would definitely give it another chance but would not order the same thing. I was looking for a different type of sauce on the pork.
I’ve been coming here for years and this place never disappoints. Excellent cuisine.

This pho in this place is not great. It has a sweet taste to it. The probably added sugar or something. I had to add bunch of chill oil and hot sauce to give it some flavour. The portion of meat they gave me was like 2 strands. I had to complain before they brought out extra meat for me. I won’t be returning here. There are way better pho spots around.

The broth was greasy, and oddly sweet, like there was sugar in it. Portions were good and processed were fair but the food itself wasn’t great. Ambiance is fairly typical cafe style. Parking is plentiful. I was served my food quickly but after it hit the table, I never saw my server again.
