Used to be good, think the owners changed or something. New staff is so rude and unpleasant; borderline racist. They only serve other Vietnamese people with respect and ignore any other racialised group. When you ask for an extra tiny hot sauce or chilli oil container they act like you have asked them for their first born child. Also I had violently choked on the pho and literally couldn’t breathe and felt as if the walls were closing in on me, instead of helping the staff stared at me blankly like I was some comedy show. Meat in chicken pho is so tough my friend flung it on the plate and I swear it bounced and slapped her back. Also they are so unhygienic and literally violently sneezed multiple times over the pho in the kitchen and then laughed when customers looked back in disgust. Miss the old owners because I used to have such an amazing experience when I was there, but not anymore.

Worst customer service ever. The workers were literally sneezing over the food in the back and laughing about it when I saw it happen, super unhygienic. And for some reason they never give green tea to any brown or black people that come in. I have watched this happen more than four times with my friends and other people in the restaurant. Racism has no place in the food industry very disappointing to see people still behaving this way. The workers are extremely cold and dismissive making the restaurant unwelcoming. The chicken pho was bland and the chicken was extremely tough. Overpriced experience for some poor food and bad service.

It is a very busy place. Very good pho at this place, big portion, nicely cooked and super affordable. Plenty of free parking outside as well. The only suggestion is, maybe consider having more smaller tables rather than different groups of people sharing one big table together, kind of wired. There is still a lot of space in the restaurant can see.

New top pho place for me ... broth is so full of flavor and everything came out quite fast and only 18 bucks n change for the large bowl .... if your unsure of eating here just don't it ...you won't regret it.

Bleh. I was eating stomach, and a stringy piece of it slip down my throat mid chew. I quietly choked for a bit, and I ended up having to dislodge it by hand making an embarassing retch noise, they erupted in laughter and chatted in Vietnamese. Never asked me if i was okay. The gall it takes to do that . Best tasting Pho tho dont get me wrong.
