This was my favorite pho place. We have not been here for a year and things have drastically changed. The broth is thin with less of the good beefy taste that I enjoyed. I always get a medium bowl and used to struggle to get all the food down. This time there was less beef and far less noodles. I will have to stop at A&W for a teen burger to fill in the gaps. Needless to say I will not be back

We’ve been on the hunt for a new-to-us phó restaurant since the 2 closest to our area closed.
This was recommended by locals and did not disappoint. Service was prompt with tea and menus right away. Our soups came fairly quickly, the DF chicken wings understandably a little longer. Everything was hot as it should be, condiments in little containers (2 of each) with the sprouts, basil and sliced jalapeño.
We ordered: #5 Tai Nam (large Phó) $17.75 #22 Mi Hoanh Thanh (Wonton w/Noodles) $22 #33 DF Chicken Wings $15.99 (Came with sweet chili sauce for dipping)
Definitely will be back and worth the extra 10 min drive from N.Delta. Tables with booths in this clean space. Located in a strip mall (beside Shoppers Drug Mart) with other businesses. Ample mall parking.

This place has really took a downturn for the worst. The staff (small older lady) clearly think of Brown/Black as less than. They don’t give you tea if you’re colored.
That little older lady needs to be retrained or fired!! Terrible customer service. She act like you just asked for a million dollars if you ask for extra sauce lol.
Time to find a new pho spot. And I know the owner but he hasn’t been around lately maybe new management took over. Do Not Recommend.

Disgusting pho, came out warm/cold. Never eating here again 🤮 quality is terrible and they cheap out on sauces
Used to be good, think the owners changed or something. New staff is so rude and unpleasant; borderline racist. They only serve other Vietnamese people with respect and ignore any other racialised group. When you ask for an extra tiny hot sauce or chilli oil container they act like you have asked them for their first born child. Also I had violently choked on the pho and literally couldn’t breathe and felt as if the walls were closing in on me, instead of helping the staff stared at me blankly like I was some comedy show. Meat in chicken pho is so tough my friend flung it on the plate and I swear it bounced and slapped her back. Also they are so unhygienic and literally violently sneezed multiple times over the pho in the kitchen and then laughed when customers looked back in disgust. Miss the old owners because I used to have such an amazing experience when I was there, but not anymore.

Worst customer service ever. The workers were literally sneezing over the food in the back and laughing about it when I saw it happen, super unhygienic. And for some reason they never give green tea to any brown or black people that come in. I have watched this happen more than four times with my friends and other people in the restaurant. Racism has no place in the food industry very disappointing to see people still behaving this way. The workers are extremely cold and dismissive making the restaurant unwelcoming. The chicken pho was bland and the chicken was extremely tough. Overpriced experience for some poor food and bad service.

It is a very busy place. Very good pho at this place, big portion, nicely cooked and super affordable. Plenty of free parking outside as well. The only suggestion is, maybe consider having more smaller tables rather than different groups of people sharing one big table together, kind of wired. There is still a lot of space in the restaurant can see.
