everything was ... sweet? the broth is sweet and very heavy on msg, but not unpleasant. the hoisin sauce they use is sweeter than i'm used to. the coffee is extremely sweet (i ended up having to water it down another 30%). a medium sized pho was served with 3 mouthfuls of noodles - comparable to small sizes at other establishments. overall, not especially bad, but not outstanding.
This particular branch is the best Pho Dac Biet and grilled chicken I've ever had in a Vietnamese Restaurant. Atmosphere is amazing, so cozy. Staff is so friendly. Five stars all the way.
I tried the noodle soup, and I must say, it was absolutely delightful. The broth was rich and flavorful, striking the perfect balance of savory and aromatic. In addition to the delicious food, the service was impressively quick. I look forward to returning and trying more dishes from their menu soon!
