I get very disappointed with the service of Pizza Hut this time. Actually, when we entered in the store the employee was staring at us and didn't even say hi! Or hello! May be this is the basic rule which Pizza Hut need to teach there employees. And then after I said I want to order a bottle of water with brownie, I already pay for brownie and my friend was stand near the till to pay for water I just move a little bit, I didn't have any intention to pick up the water bottle without paying. But she said stop!✋ wait in very very aggressive and rude manner. Looks like she was thinking I am steeling the bottle of water. That's not a good manner, especially when we are working in customer service. The only thing in my mind was that my ordered didn't ready yet, I already paid for it, my friend gonna pay for bottle of water, Is I am that stupid to pay $12 only to take the bottle of water and run way? 😶 I visited here many times but this thing was happened with me first time.
