Porto Fino Express - Pizza, Greek & Italian ( South Surrey / White Rock )

Have ordered here for years-food was good along with good portions, service was not amazing. the storefront was packed with boxes and very unorganized and dirty. Maybe they are renovating but it looked very unkept.

I’ll order again if I see the store cleaned up. messy dirty storefront does not instill confidence in a clean kitchen.

Pizzas are a little pricey but they are very hearty and full of cheese. I’ve tried different pizzas from here but the about of cheese overwhelms every other taste so keep that in mind. Also got the baked tortellini the next time I went and I probably wouldn’t get it again due to the fact that it was drenched in cream sauce to the point where it should be considered a soup.

They get a 5/5 for food and 0/5 for customer service.
They put out "specials" on Wed nights but don't tell you that you need to check the box by that name. Try and find it! I bought one, was charged the full price, spoke respectfully to the"manager" and, due to their confusion - requested an $8 credit on my next order. Delay, delay, delay.... BS personified. After 2 months - no hit, no phone call.... Just silence. Beware!

BTW.... try and put in any rating less 5/5 and watch what happens.... Always comes up as a perfect 5/5....Great marketing!

Ordered the lasagna, I have never had a lasagna that spicy and i have had it at many different types of restaurants. Definitely not authentic, spice was not garlic either. Called and individual was not polite, said they have always made it that way and no one has ever complained before. Btw... lasagna usually has ricotta and or cottage cheese. This had none

super spicy sauce, not even close to an Italien tomato sauce

I ordered a traditional Greek meal for 50 in 2022 for my son’s grad. My experience with Paul and the staff was fantastic. They were professional and communicated well. So when my daughter graduated in June 2024, I ordered the exact same menu for the same amount of people. The order was delivered at the exact time that I requested and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. The most surprising thing for me was that i was only charged $1 more per person for the exact same order 2 years later. Everyone knows how much food has gone up so I was expecting at least an $8 a person increase. Great food, great price, and great service!!! I highly recommend Portofino!!!

got e-mail from Portofino that any large pizza today was 20.99, so I ordered peperoni, mushroom and pineapple. when paying the bill I noticed an extra charge for the pineapple. not very impressed and not likely to order from there again, i should say the food is good. the rating bar automatically goes to 5 stars, my rating is less than that

Porto Fino has excellent pizza! Their toppings are generous and great quality, but the crust cannot be beat! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Always ready when you get there and friendly service. Fabulous!

The bbq ribs are the best ribs I’ve ever had. I am 39 weeks pregnant and my pregnancy craving of ribs was hit so hard I am super satisfied !

Porto Fino's catered a party for us. Baked lasagnas, Tortellini, chicken, roast potatoes, ceaser salad, garlic bread. It was fabulous. Tortellini alla Panna was the biggest hit. Great service and a great price for so much food. Thank you so much.

Respectfull staff, well organised and food is authentic and quality is so good . I ordered a family combo for delivery, anyhow they forget the salad bag. We didn't recognize and the staff called us and they were so humble, they apologise to us and they deliver it again to us.Highly recommend, must visit .
