Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I recently visited this place for the first time and had pretty high expectations based on the Google reviews and the menu options. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype.
We ordered a variety of burgers, fries, and salad bowls, but everything was disappointing. The fries weren’t evenly crispy, and the burgers lacked flavor and quality. Overall, the food was a big letdown.
The service made things worse — it was extremely slow. Even something as simple as getting glasses of water took around 20 minutes.
Overall, not an experience I’d recommend given the expectations they set.

Server was friendly but not consistent, drinks were with a different server, food delivered by another different server. Sauce that was supposed to come with the order was not correct, asked the server for the correct dipping sauce it was brought by another different server. The server did not return to the table to ask how the food was until we were finished eating and asked for the bill. Red Robins use to have so much better service and now I find the food has increased substantially. For what I ordered which was why pick 1 when you can get 2 was over priced for what the portion size was. We waited 15 minutes for the bill to pay.. once again the service has gone down hill.

The food was good, I got the baked mac and cheese, it was honestly a little salty for my liking but it was still pretty good. Our waitress Gurleen was super nice and helped answer our questions!

Kurshi was delightful.
They accommodated changing the tvs to the game we wanted to watch.
Fries were a bit dry and cold.

Accommodating and allowed for our large group, last minute (14 diners). Unfortunately , it did take 2.5hrs to eat! I think we overwhelmed the kitchen!

Staff are so unorganized and overly unattentive. Waited 30 minutes to be seated during a non busy time only to be called up by one staff to be seated only to be told by another to continue to wait because out table wasn't ready yet. Then we waited 10 more minutes. The menu said there was bottomless sides we were never offered this instead the manager came out and gave us our bill. We expressed our dissatisfaction but he took our payment and brushed us off. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE DON'T EAT HERE!
