Very disappointing. I have been going to the Langley location for years we were shopping in Guildford so Red Robin it was.
The burgers are not what they used to be. I have a big appetite and could not eat my burger or yam fries. burger was soggy cold yam fries were old and over salted. Neither my daughter or myself could get eat it my wife did eat her Caesar salad and the onion ring tower was shared and edible. Lot of choices these days and Red Robin is crossed off. Over a HUNDRED DOLLARS for 3 people. terrible experience.

Mac n' cheese is amazing, I ate a Bacon Burguer Gourmet, it was ok the burguer needed more salt, the lemonade is awesome and gotta love the bottomless modality

We went there for my birthday and brought my family with me. The host was friendly and accommodating and our server is nice and sweet. The food they served was good especially the lava queso. The only problem was they are so low with staff. Our server was doing bartending and we had to wait at least 25 minutes for her to get our order. Mind you the tables around me still haven’t put their orders as well. I have called another server and she literally just ignored me as they were too busy. The refills we have requested was either forgotten or incorrect. I can’t blame the staff for rushing and for being unapproachable but I can’t accept the fact that this is the service they allow to provide to their customers. I wish their management will add more staff so they don’t have to work double.

quite disappointed by the hostess. they were unoccupied and yet didn't acknowledge us when we went in. they were just busy having fun talking to each other, we even made eye contact and yet didn't make an effort to assist their customers.

I love this restaurant 😍 the food and atmosphere is awesome. I enjoy coming here. The service and hospitality is fantastic. And their loyalty rewards are generous. This place is outstanding!
