Food was good when we got it. One in our group didn't get her dinner. Only received it after manager was called to the table. Bottomless sides is a joke. Had to ask several times and then only got them once the manager brought them. Not enough cutlery or napkins, had to ask for that too. The tables we sticky. I was not a fan of Red Robin, but this is where the group wanted to go. This experience did nothing to change my mind. Staff had time to gather for special occasions, but what about the other customers.

It was alright. Not like I remember it from the early days of Red Robin. The burger was alright, the poutine needed more fries. It was really just an ok experience. Not bad and not great. They seem to put crushed avocado on everything here… I hate avocado.

this place was so bad not only did they mess up my order twice but they also gave me a virgin mojito that tasted like water!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Food was awful had to send back, actually 3 tables did in the restaurant. We paid $100 for the most crappy food ever!

Always an amazing meal. Surprisingly the service was extra fast today as well. Great joint!

Very disappointing. I have been going to the Langley location for years we were shopping in Guildford so Red Robin it was.
The burgers are not what they used to be. I have a big appetite and could not eat my burger or yam fries. burger was soggy cold yam fries were old and over salted. Neither my daughter or myself could get eat it my wife did eat her Caesar salad and the onion ring tower was shared and edible. Lot of choices these days and Red Robin is crossed off. Over a HUNDRED DOLLARS for 3 people. terrible experience.
