NEVER order garlic fries. Wow. They take fries and dump a pile of raw garlic all over them. I think they use the cheap minced raw garlic from Costco. We tried a few and just threw them away. $10 down the drain.
When Softball City rebranded its bar/restaurant as the Russell Room, I had high hopes that what was there before would be turned into a decent bar. I was wrong. Visited the Russell Room on a recent Saturday around 5 p.m. while a softball tournament was being played. My wife and I waited 20 minutes in line to order our drinks. The line was so slow someone brought a chair into it so she could sit and rest her legs. Finally, we ordered our drinks. The credit card machine asked us to tip. What a joke. Then we waited another five minutes at the bar for the bartender to pour our drinks. So nearly 25 minutes to get a beer and a cider. As for the bar itself, it is unchanged from before. What's different is they seem to have got rid of half their staff. In spite of its new name and the suggestion it is something more, the Russell Room is NOT a place to go for a quick drink after work or a casual dinner and drinks with friends. It is still a bar that exists to serve Softball City's ball-playing clientele, and serve them poorly at that. Better avoided.
