I ordered through the mobile app today and put the order through while I was in store. I watched a total of 5+ people in line that hadn’t ordered yet get their drinks before I did. When one of the 2 women that had just come in got their order, I went up to the register wondering if they had just forgotten my order but they had just finished making my drink.. after almost all the customers got theirs.
So don’t order through the app, they’ll serve people in line first. Mild inconvenience and there are worst problems in the world. But I had time to write this out today. Aside from that, store seems clean and tidy.

Hi, I usually enjoy this drink from this location. but today’s iced oat shaken espresso was really off and honestly not drinkable. It kind of ruined my morning. I know you’re busy, but consistency matters—please make sure it’s up to the usual standard. Literally 6$ to ruin my mood and money

We had to wait over an hour just for a simple drink, which is completely unacceptable. The service was painfully slow, and instead of apologizing or offering any explanation, the employees were rude and dismissive. Starbucks is supposed to be known for efficiency and good customer service, but this location really failed to deliver either. They can – and should – do a lot better. I won’t be coming back to this store anytime soon. Please save your time, choose another location!!!!!!!

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. The drinks are always super watery and don’t taste the way they should. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. Staff don’t seem friendly they’re just standing there, and the wait times are way too long, even when it’s not busy. Save your time and go to a different location !!
