I hope that some changes are done where more staff is hired to avoid long wait times. Should have one person in charge of online orders . Was treated terrible infront of customers . Very condescending and didnt do the drink the way I asked. Spent nearly 25$ on drinks and food. To be upset. I will never go back to this location again. I dont recognize the staff and when I asked of the drink was extra hot , i was told it was to find out it was not hot at all. Didnt bother to complain by the waybi was talked to. I will definitely tell my regular customers who used to come with me to not bother with this store.

This location needs better optimization i.e. more workstations/space for the employees. Regularly has long lines at the till and pick up area all the way to the door, to the point the store feels claustrophobic.

Not sure why but we got a wrong drink twice. My partner ordered venti caramel machiato but got caramel crunch frap. They refunded extra amount and asked us to pay for venti caramel machiato. When we left, we realized its not our drink. Apparently, a sign of heedless customer service. Charged for venti and received grande and turned out to be a wrong order twice. Total dissappointment.
