This is a small thing, but every second order someone makes my drink with a sweetener with a strong aftertaste instead of the sweetener I requested through the app. I can't have sugar due to a medical condition, and the bad tasting coffee ruins my breakfast.

Met a friend here for a Christmas Catch up. I observed the most amazing server at work. She was sooo on the ball, juggling quickly all the orders coming in. The line up moved quickly. She was able to juggle everything with stealth, systematic organization and balance... Didn't get her name but I did comment to her how wonderfully she served everything and everyone. I hope she is payed well!!! And certainly does not deserve a minimum wage pay check. I did though find the only healthy, very tiny amount, of healthy snack available very expensive. It mostly consisted of heavily plasticed packaging. I was however very grateful for the very little I was able to get.

Morning shift irritates me, two people took 20 minutes to make 4 drinks, that’s five minutes per drink. When confronted by another waiting customer, the barista just went “Not ready.” in a super annoying voice, no apologies or any explanation. Not to mention most morning customers are on their way to work or school, staff needs to be more mindful of people’s time. I’ve held off on leaving a bad review because of afternoon/night staff who have never given me a bad experience but it seems like they don’t even work here anymore. I wish I remembered their names because they deserve recognition, not the terrible staff there is now. They’ve always smiled and complimented me, quick service and delicious drinks. Now, not only is service terrible, the coffee isn’t great either. Often tastes burnt or way too sweet/milky. I love Starbucks but it’s not worth it anymore, just gonna get it when I’m really craving something. Also, noticing how none of these reviews have a reply, zero accountability from the location. So disappointing.

I used to come to this Starbucks often earlier in the year, took a break, and recently started coming back to this location. Unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill since returning. One of the employees, Riley, has been consistently rude, rolling his eyes, giving attitude, and making the overall environment uncomfortable.
During my visit on Friday, his behavior felt unwelcoming, and it even seemed like he expected a tip despite the poor service. Because of this repeated negative experience, I will no longer be visiting this location. Very disappointed.

I wanted to write this review regarding an experience I had at this Starbucks 2 days ago. It was my little sisters birthday, she had just turned 16 and all she wanted was to go to Starbucks for her free drink. Her Starbucks app got offloaded on her phone since she barely used it (even though she’s had an account for many years), when she redownloaded it, the account had been deactivated since it was barely used. She just input the same email and followed the prompts (this was a couple of weeks prior). We went to the Starbucks and shared with the lady it was her birthday, she scanned the app and then said she had to call her manager. Her manager came and shared that in order to get a free drink you must be a Starbucks member for 6 months. I explained about the account situation, even told her that she got her free drink last year and offered to show her ID which proved it was her birthday. They refused, and I did not want to cause any sort of scene as it’s was her birthday, so I just paid for the drink. It’s been a couple of days since this happened, however for some reason it’s still on my mind and irks me a bit. It’s not the fact that I had to pay for a $10 drink, it’s more so the principle of the matter. Both individuals were so rude to me, when I was being so incredibly kind to them. They never said happy birthday to my sister and treated us like we were doing a crime, when this is something that Starbucks “prides” themseleves on. I understand why rules are in place, but I also think it’s very important to exercise flexibility, especially when it makes an experience (that was so precious like this) either horrible or amazing. I looked over at my sister while this entire situation happened, and she looked so genuinely upset and embarrassed for even asking. To me, it really ruined the way I look at Starbucks and I just feel like the way these two individuals acted towards us doesn’t embody or align the brands values. I felt it was important to share this as I really hope a someone who is in a higher up Starbucks management can read this, and realize it’s more than just a cup of coffee — it’s the experience. This situation left me feeling pretty disappointed.

Starbucks gives people a free drink on their birthday. It was my birthday but I went in without knowing what to buy. Then a black girl Starbucks employee came and told me I could come in the next day. The next day I went in to get my free coffee and a young employee said I had to come in on my birthday to get it free. I thought it was weird. About a week later I went in to get my coffee and I saw a black girl. You told me the day after my birthday I went in to get my coffee but the guy wouldn't let me. Then she said she would give me a free cup of coffee on my birthday. She was really nice. A cup of coffee doesn't cost much but that's how you know good people from bad people. I give her 5 star

Rushed my order and didn't really do what I asked them to do. They had to make a simple tea two times. This location is going downhill.

Super slow. Even though you did mobile order before you arrive. Drinks are not even ready. I had to go there and wait another 10-15minutes. This happened mutiple times. They talk too much while working. They don't even say sorry. They don't care about standing customer. They should be trained hard or get laid off.
