There are many baristas who can't even make decent coffee but have an abnormally high level of pride. As others have mentioned, the customer service is sloppy, and most of the staff seem to be a bunch of college students, acting like they're just having fun. I won't buy here anymore

This location is great! I find the service here to be fantastic, a little crowded mid day so I usually prefer mornings or evenings as it's much easier on my anxiety, I love my coffee so it's nice having a great place to go and enjoy some when I'm out and about and I find the staff to be very easy going so all in all would recommend! š

This is close to my home so I often go for a keto frappuccino or latte, as the baristas are always nice and willing to work with you to figure out your drink. Got a keto pumpkin spice latte today, it was so good (for other low carb/ keto people, I've put the photo of the drink if anyone else wants to order).

I love most of the baristas here, they know me because I come everyday usually or frequently enough, Iāve been a regular here for over a year now. My drinks are usually made correctly but there have been a few times Iāve gone in and gotten attitude from the same barista, donāt know her name but itās not just been one time itās been a few times now that Iāve experienced her terrible service. Whenever she makes my drink itās always wrong and the few times Iāve tried to correct her or ask for changes Iāve been met with nasty attitude. People donāt come here on their morning commute to be spoken to like that, I tried calling the store directly multiple times to share my experience and the line continues to ring busy. Iām extremely disappointed in the service I received today.
Chai Latte was not good as usual we get from another location. However I will not recommend chai latte from this location.

This Starbucks is perfect spot for chili out when youāre in Fleetwood Surrey. I tried something new from their brewery menu itās called Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew. It was so refreshing and tasty. Overall my impression about this place is very positive and I highly recommend to visit this one??
Visited Starbucks today around 9pm. The baristaās working there were so kind and nice. Carl (If I am not wrong with name) and his co-worker gave an excellent customer service. Absolutely love this place.
