Met a friend here for a Christmas Catch up. I observed the most amazing server at work. She was sooo on the ball, juggling quickly all the orders coming in. The line up moved quickly. She was able to juggle everything with stealth, systematic organization and balance... Didn't get her name but I did comment to her how wonderfully she served everything and everyone.
