It was very disturbing to hear 2 Asian employees talking bad about customers did not appreciate that or like it made me feel uncomfortable being there because they will probably talk about me after I. Left. I asked to see if I could change my drink to a pumpkin law.Day did not know they had them.Already, she was quite rude about itI asked to see if I could change my drink to a pumpkin latte did not know they had them already. She was quite rude about it.A hey guy had glasses and the woman had a precious badge on her. They were laughing and talking about customers quite loudly. Use the F-word quite frequently, not professional. S should not be employed by Starbucks. I would hope that is not Starbuck's standard for employees. They continue to talk and laugh about these customers while they were taking my order. Another gentleman came in. They still continued, ignored him for a little bit. And then, uh, the guy said, are you ready to order in a very a sarcastic attitude? Don't want to go to back to that starbucks again I don't want to go back to that Starbucks again.
Absolutely disgusting cream cheese was expired & blue. yuck food hazard did not even receive full refund for their lack of service & food quality Starbucks usually has good food but today completely disgusting.

The service is great! But the what happened to their dragon fruit!!?? It used to be so crispy and delicious and now it’s soft and has a weird taste to it, please bring the old dragon fruit back!! Dragon fruit and mango lemonade is my favourite drink and it’s been for years, I was soo disappointed when my lemonade tasted different and looked different from before 😒 4 ⭐️ are only for the customers service. Great staff! Keep up the hard work guys and thanks for making those delicious drinks.

The girls working in the closing shift on third June that is Tuesday acted to rude and was not good at all in her customer service. They literally pushed everyone sitting there having their own time out, which was not that much appreciable because they were rude in their behave and not were not very soft spoken the behaviour was completely not acceptable and appreciable at such cafe.

Not sure of her name, but dark hair just above shoulders, and has tattoos. She speaks friendly to everyone, however my issue is she kept scratching her head and running her fingers through her hair and then touching the rims of cups and tops lids, not very hygienic and you should wash your hands if touching food and drinks
First and foremost, the level of customer service has notably declined. On multiple occasions, I have encountered baristas who were either indifferent, distracted, or outright dismissive. A recent example occurred at this Starbucks location, where I waited nearly 20 minutes for a mobile order that had already been marked as ready on the app. When I inquired at the counter, I was met with a curt response and told to “just wait like everyone else,” despite several customers receiving their orders well after mine should have been completed. The lack of communication, accountability, and courtesy was frustrating and disappointing.
In addition to slow service, the accuracy of orders has also become increasingly unreliable. Whether it’s receiving the wrong milk in my drink despite clearly specifying a non-dairy option (which is a serious issue for people with allergies), missing items in a breakfast order, or being handed a lukewarm coffee when I specifically requested it extra hot. These seemingly small mistakes add up and reflect poorly on the quality control I once associated with Starbucks.
Cleanliness and store upkeep is another concern. Tables are often cluttered with used cups and napkins, the floors are sticky or littered, and restrooms are frequently in an unacceptable condition. I understand that high traffic can make it difficult to maintain spotless conditions at all times, but the lack of attention to basic hygiene and tidiness is simply not in line with what one would expect from a premium coffee chain.
Furthermore, the mobile app, once a convenient tool, has also become a source of frustration. Items are regularly listed as “out of stock” even when they are available in-store, points are inconsistently awarded, and customer service support through the app has been sluggish at best. There seems to be a disconnect between what’s promised digitally and what’s delivered in-store.
What is perhaps most disheartening is the sense that the brand no longer prioritizes the customer experience in the way it once did. When a cup of coffee costs upwards of $6, the expectation is not just about taste, it’s about service, environment, and consistency. Right now, that value proposition is falling short.

I went to this location for my drink and wanted to use the washroom. I asked the girl for the washroom key she said i had to pay first. I told her i often come here and i will place my order too but i just need to use the washroom first. She said no. I had to pay for my drink first. As i was paying for my drink another customer came asked to use the washroom, and she wrote down the code and gave it to him. I don’t understand why i had to pay first and he didn’t? When I confronted the manager about this they had nothing to say not even an apology for me. The other customer didn’t buy anything after using the washroom. He just left as i orded my drink and waited and still didnt get to use the restroom. I was dressed clean and didnt look like i was from the streets. Iam a businessman. The only thing i could think of is my skin color. I not treated right because of my skin color. Starbucks do better!

My friend and I went there at 7:35 PM, and we know the closing time is 8 PM. I completely understand that after a long day at work, everyone wants to go home, but that doesn’t justify making customers feel uncomfortable. Both staff members gave us unpleasant looks as soon as we walked in, and their service was extremely poor no greeting, no basic courtesy. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. Whenever these two girls are on shift, they always come across as arrogant and unwelcoming.
