The customer service was extremely poor. There was no greeting, no interaction, and the employee looked frustrated and spoke rudely. I asked her for a veggie bowl, and afterward we requested a veggie patty in the bowl. She replied very rudely, claiming she had already asked us earlier, which she had not. Then we asked her to grill the footlong, and she didn’t do it. If you are not willing to work, please take a day off, relax, and improve your customer service skills instead of spoiling customers’ moods.

Associate at the front table was nice, helpful and gave good advice for better experience also had a very lovely conversation with another staff member :)
Not good for vegetarian at all. The employee put back veggies that has been used to make chicken wrap. She was mixing the sauce by her hand in wrap after which she used to take veggies from containers.
Profer hygiene and cleanliness was not applied by employess here.

The audacity to have the debit machine ask the customer for a tip when they don’t even have fresh vegetables. The lettuce looks translucent and liquified - that is the vegetable they run through the most frequently so think about that for a moment…
