"I visited today 25th oct at night and had the best experience with that sweet and so polite girl at Subway! She was incredibly friendly and made the best sandwich I've had in a while. Usually when it’s dine in, my rating would be only slightly different. I go to this location when the mall subway is closed because it is the closest. However, I ordered delivery tonight and couldn’t believe how it was delivered. First off, there was no bag. I left instructions to leave the food at the front door and they were on the outside of the gate?? And not only that but it was previously raining, so there were just 2 sandwiches with a napkin on top, laying on the wet cement, on the outside of our property???? When I brought them inside there were ants crawling all over the outside and I even found one (that I saw, maybe more) inside the wrapper. Ended up throwing them out. I don’t know how to get a refund and I didn’t get any pictures as proof, but this was a terrible experience. If it’s possible go to the central mall subway instead. Wayyy better

I visited your restaurant today, arriving at around 6 p.m., and had a disappointing experience. A staff member who appears to be in her 40s and is quite overweight was very disrespectful. When I asked her for the washroom key, she refused to give it to me and instead provided it to someone who arrived after me. Additionally, when I placed my order and requested crispy onions, they were not added to my meal.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this behavior negatively impacted my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve service, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect.

It’s really hard to give One star to any business just because of the rude staff and the negligence of the staff member towards the customer service. I have been to this location multiple times and whenever I ask for the washroom, they always have the same answer that we are not open for the washroom as it is closed for the maintenance, they have already called the plumber. When I ask them that you have been repairing your washroom since last six months, you should feel as shame of yourself giving this pathetic customer service. I don’t know the policy of Subway, but this Is the true example of Bad customer service. Specially, if you come in the night time the younger and the lady in the middle of 30 to 40 they both are really rude. I hope Owner will see the rating of 3.3 of the business and will take the necessary steps.

A worst experience ever for this subway location. whole scenario is here, I visited at 9:19 pm and I ordered it Veg sandwich. The lady with Glasses (older lady) came directly from outside or somewhere with gloves and ask me which sandwich is it- I replied please foot long Italian herb and garlic. Right away she is bombarding a questions. U like cheese? Do u want to add veggies patie? Do u want to add Guacamole etc etc.
Then she directly went to register and said paid first. So, I thought “OK- lets go, I wasn’t happy but still I thought Lets make tip- luckily I put only $1 tip. In a mean while I’m paying she was start making sandwiches with out asking me what I need to add first and step by step. She was like filling a veggies inside and directly asking me “what kind of sauces you want?”
I mean there was no line up behind me and she touch register with same gloves and made my sandwich even though still my sandwich is look likes in photo - completely burnt. She was so in hurry like we are road side Romyo. And at the last she was on full ON ATTITUDE and said “OK- Good night” now.
That’s what she said.
I mean, in a whole scene I didn’t order anything and you are throwing attitude on me.! Wow…!!!!
She was so frustrated on me. Even I’m making complaint in Subway and Health Canada as well.!

As a driver for both Doordash and Uber Eats, I would be highly avoid to pick up orders from this specific Subway branch. I've consistently encountered rude and unprofessional customer service during my visits, which has left a lasting negative impression on me. Because of this, I'm hesitant to accept deliveries from this location in the future, as I prefer to work with businesses that treat their drivers with respect and courtesy.
