I went to Subway at 7:10 pm on September 24th, 2024

I kept calling them to get their attention like 5-10 times because they were having a conversation in the back.

When one employee got to me, she answered my question saying whole wheat bread is the same as multigrain. Bruh, how did this women get hired by subway. Even the other employee said the same thing. In my head, I was like these employees need to get fired because they barely know the difference.

Once I got my subway made, I went home and I didn't even like the appearance because they just smashed everything into one category without layering the different ingredients.

Furthermore to conclude, I suggest not getting your subway made at Fleetwood, if the employees are making it bad. If they are making it in the process, then just exit the store without finishing your order because that is what employees get for not satisfying a customer's experience at the establishment.

In conclusion, these people need to get fired if they don't even have basic knowledge about the breads.

Vegetarian options: I am going to give you advice. Always ask for employee's to swap gloves because if you are a full vegetarian it is disrespectful to put meat touched gloves on vegetarian.

Went to this Subway today around 8 pm, as soon as we walked in girl just told us we don't have any bread left, store closes at 9pm. She was too busy chatting with her friends.
When I further inquired you really have no bread she said no, I was able to see the bread behind her and I asked not even flatbread
She sighs and said yes we have flatbread at that point I was done and just walked out.

I contacted Subway last minute to cater for one of our events, and I was thoroughly impressed by their service. The team was able to get subs ready for our event within an hour of my call, which was incredible given the short notice. The subs tasted fantastic and were packaged perfectly, ensuring everything remained fresh and presentable.
