I have been here 2 times. First was really good. But last time was awful. I got sushi, yakisoba and takoyaki. Taste was amazing but there is the point I dont have any idea about customer service. We finished our dinner she said to me “how would like to pay?” And we said we could order few things later. And just grab the bill. I was eating my rest foods. It is unprofessional. I really disappointed.

Not sure why the bad reviews! I had the beef teriyaki bento box. Tempura was crisp. California rolls were divine. Salad was refreshing. Potato croquette scrumptious. Beef teriyaki yummy. Service was great and water refilled promptly. Good prices as well. Will definitely be back!

The restaurant is large, which allows for one to arrive and almost always find a table, big bonus. My friend and I dined in and found that we were taken care of well - greeted initially, walked to our table, checked in on a good amount, and we felt appreciated dining here. The ordering software is neat - each table has a screen affixed that allows you to order directly without having to flag down a server and bring folks away from their other tasks. Once ordered, the food arrived quickly, portions were great, and the food tasted delicious. The menu is large too so there is a good selection to choose from :)Parking: Abundant parking in the plaza, and only steps away from Surrey Central mall, where one can transit to, or potentially park there and dash overWheelchair accessibility: The building has a door that is at Ground Level, however I did not make note of a button to enter with, so one may need to manually open this door

Ordered the Spicy Ramen expecting a hearty bowl of fresh, housemadr noodles. Instead, got BOWL NOODLE SOUP! Please be aware of false advertisement!!

No customer service skills needed here. You get to your table and then order off a tablet, and need to place each person's order separately, so food was coming out while one person was still ordering.Food was quick as they had 3 guys on the sushi line and we were the only ones in this huge restaurant. From the outside it's hard to tell if they are open as they have the windows covered up.I also think the soya sauce was watered down or it was not the same soya sauce the bottle advertised. The miso soup tasted a bit creamy which was different and a bit weird. My friends yam tempura roll had zero crunch, which was disappointing.Glad I tried the place, everything else was ok, nothing special, but I won't be coming back.

Update: this is now the worst sushi place I have ever had anywhere in my life. It's flavorless, watery, burnt, sugary (depending what dishes you have). It was absolutely awful. I saw a lady a table away say to her friend that hers smelt bad, she ate it and her face reassured it was bad. The menu ordering machine has some major flaws and no option to eliminate mayo for vegan. The server was nice but unfortunately I would very very strongly recommend staying far far away from here. It's a shame because it used to be one of my favorite spots it just keeps going through new owners. We had for reference gomae (it was sugary and way to full), veggie gyoza (it was burnt, flavorless sauce and not really good), oshinko roll didn't taste pickled, veggie roll extremely bland, avocado roll was good, spicy agadashi tofu was watery and weird. One of the best sushi places in Surrey, and prices are very inexpensive. Love this place.

I ordered sushi via delivery. The tempura was so soft and lacked any crunch, soggy. I got the dragon roll, and everything just tasted so off. I was super disappointed in this food taste and quality, after spending $47.

Great sushi at a decent price. The atmosphere is great and the music isn’t too loud. They got IPads to order from which makes it super easy to get food. The sushi is super high quality and decently inexpensive. The tempura is great, the beef is great, all the food is great. Highly recommend.
