Extremely disappointed with the management here. I ordered thanks giving dinner for my family at 4:30 to be picked up at 6:00. I waited 45 minutes to find out our order was canceled yet people who ordered after us still got theirs, no text or email. The manager there is clueless and couldn't even be bothered to tell anyone he messed up and sent some poor kid to do what he should have done which was apologize. I will never order from here again. Atleast I made the kids day knowing I was gonna chew out his boss. I would give a lower score if that was possible. Happy Thanksgiving!

Had a very bad experience today. I had ordered thanks giving dinner for my family at 5pm to be picked up at 7:30. When I arrived, a man came out who I assumed to be the manager and he told me he was sorry but they were canceling everyone’s orders because “today was such a disaster for them”. They had not called or emailed to notify me in the 2 hours I had before pick up to let me know. If I had known I would’ve made other arrangements for dinner and finding somewhere else at such late notice was a hassle. I understand that sometimes there may be less than great circumstances but I would have appreciated at least a little bit of notice. I left with 2 complimentary coupons but would’ve rather left with what I ordered:( It was a disappointing experience but we had to make the best of a bad situation. I hope they were able to deal with the disaster. Happy Thanksgiving!

Ok, ordered take out.Told 15 min until ready.Ready in 10! Great!Oups did you forget to deep fry my French fries?Uncooked french fries are not good.I spent $34 for 2 meals with "blanched" French fries.That sucks, I didn't need the food done earlyI needed it done like you would like to eat it.Cooked

Every single time I order from this place, they make a mistake with my food. Last order they sent very soggy fries in lieu of the sweet potato ones I paid extra for. I was told it would be corrected next time I called in. Just ordered again and she told me - no one has made a note about it so she wouldn’t honour it. Fine. We got our order and no gravy this time and the fries are mush again. I live 8 minutes from the King George location. This will be the last time I order from here.

First time eating at the newton branch and couldn't believe they ran out of chicken by 7:45pm. I listened to a group of people and spoke with another customer who were very disappointed by this. It's been several years since eating at Swiss Chalet but very disappointed that mashed potato tasted like it was out of a box. The overall taste of our full dinner was average... won't be coming back. Disappointed! Doughnuts were the best part of my meal.

Went for supper. Servers are in masks and there are limited staff. Few ppl in dining room. Food was good. Service was good. Items are prepackaged (silverware, salt, ketchup). Slower service but good food, good ppl.
Ok I'll make it sweet n short. 3rd time they got my order wrong! Ribs were disgusting had that rubbery texture. Chicken was no better than the $10 Safeway bbq chicken. Save your money the food here is really bad.

I went to Swiss Chalet at King george and 74th in Surrey. I just decided thats what I was going to treat myself to. I went into the Takeout which was very clean and placed an order for takeout with a very pleasant staff member She asked what vehicle i was drivingShe then told me she would bring my purchase to my car. Within 15-20 minutes I was on my way home, to a piping hot chicken.dinner. It did not disappoint me and I was happy I chose Swiss Chalet for my Treat!??

We came for take out during the pandemic and found they were doing dine-in service, so we decided to go in. Surprisingly, we were the only ones there on a Saturday night. Sabrina, our server, knocked it out of the park. She was super friendly and very fun. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner as this restaurant followed all the safety precautions. We were very full and happy when we left ?
