They take FOREVER to make your food, very long lines, and terrible service by employees. I went to get the new luxe box and the person taking my order had zero clue what he was doing. He said he couldn’t swap the beef with the beans saying “it’s not possible” but he was able to make my beef chalupa into a bean chalupa, how is it impossible to replace when I can customize that very item on the app. Taco Bell is already 10x worse than the American one and this location is the worst in the lower mainland

The food is delicious for the price as taco bell usually is, but this isn't fast food, order almost anything be prepared for at least a 5 minute wait in the drive through, currently in the parking lot waiting for an order I placed at 8:45 pm and it is now 9:10 it was a big order but this location wait time is getting ridiculous
Now updating: Charges for a bag without asking after never doing that before, waiting 10 minutes this time in the parking lot they really don't know the definition of fast food

First time coming here. The only way to get in there is off King George Boulevard one way in and one way out. There's no other route to get there except off King George Boulevard which is kind of stressful and can be tough due to high traffic volumes even with a a left turn signal. But other than that I thought it's nice to still see one of these old KFC/Taco Bell combos here.

How long do you have to wait in a fast food restaurant? I had to wait 15 minutes for my big box meal. But there’s another customer that online ordered that had to wait 25-30 minutes. That a bit ridiculous. This place definitely is NOT fast.
Also, the floor is sticky and the ceiling leaks. But hasn’t rained in weeks. Strange?
If you’re desperate for food, come here. Otherwise, go somewhere else that is fast.
