Any orders thru the taco bell app go to a tablet back in the kitchen then the order needs to be entered into the front counter pos. No issue with staff they are polite and made the order. Unfortunately, the endproduct compared to Tacobell US isn't comparable and next time I want TBell I will literally make a run for the boarder Online orders only include 2 hot sauce per item, even those taste different, more pepper flavor than heat

They messed up my order. Sometimes you don’t want to cook and you order and you expect the right order. There were only three items out of which they forgot to add third one. It wasn’t a big order. So poor service. The quality sucked too.

Drive thru was so busy access to the parking lot was out for a few minutes. KFC chicken was good, fries and gravy had improved, cole slaw no longer bright green, seemed more authentic. Had a beef burrito too which was tasty. Service was quick and accurate.

after eating a bean burrito with extra beans i remebered i was allergic to beans but it was too late. explosive diaareah stained the bathroom walls.... it was everywhere. it was so bad the door could not open and they had to get a firetruck to rescue me and hose me downDietary restrictions: does not accomidate bean allergies

Don't be carried away by the negative opinions, at least on my visit the staff was super friendly, very fast and the food is excellent as it is a fast food establishment, the place is very clean and tidy.

Tried the veggie Combo deal. The food was absolutely horrible, Fried tested like they have been out for a day or two. The smell of an oil is disgusting. Never coming back again

Was ignored by the staff for over 15 minutes before they even took my order. Then stood around for another 45 minutes watching them make drive thru orders before they even got to mine. Food was luke-warm at best. I get that they were busy with drive thru and online orders but like. Yikes.
