Ordered through app and the employee said we are out of oreo shake… offered me chocolate shake… i asked for other option and reply was you have to choose what i offer you or cancel your order. I aked them to cancel the order and reply was call our head office to cancel the order… a guy attented me and gave me a name of Simran… got to app for my grevience and same reply… all I need is respect after paying money… hell to Tim Hortens, I will never visit any tim hortons… ( after spending money left without break fast in morning)…. You bugers have to respect your customers….. or wait for worst to come…

I have notice they all wear gloves but handle money garbage and whatever else then grab food donuts cookies with the same gloves on. Yuk

I recently visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. While receiving my order, the server accidentally spilled an entire hot coffee on me due to a poorly closed lid. I was rushing to an important meeting and this forced me to return home to change clothes. I understand the fast paced nature of drive-thru service but Servers should at least pay some attentiveness while doing their duties. I was in the same rush to attend an important meeting as the server who handed me the coffee.Customers rely on timely and professional service, especially during busy periods.

This is the third time this location served me cold steep tea, with more sugar then i asked for. I know drive through is grab and go, but come on these wont even let put your drink in the cup holder, and start scream at each " Hurry up, customer waiting" no wonder they can't get anything right, allways rushing.

Hands down worst tim Hortons I have been too took almost 10 mins to order a donut for my father as a treat when there was 1 person ahead of me when the cashier went to give my change she threw it on the counter same with my order, I am not happy to be treated like that when your job is to be kind to your customers, the tables we absolutely filthy on top of it and food on the floor

It's very shocking that Timmy's is getting worse just because it's all back home students working. They have no knowledge of Canadian English and customer service. They don't care about customers. It used to be so good before unless these people came to canada and ruined everything. My dad used to come here everyday for coffee and guess what they have been giving him tea instead and sometimes instead of bagel they put muffin and thwy throw food at you as if we are beggers. It's so simple they have no manners to talk to customers. They stare at each other and talk about customers. Why wait outside when drive thru is there. Guys if anyone feels these back home students are giving wrong orders or being rude better contact head office and tell them. Make sure u read the person's name on the name tag. We pay for our stuffs and when we complain they tell us show receipt. Noone wants free food if you guys do your work properly then we wont complain. The manager does nothing except saying sorry. Time to show these people where they belong!!

I have worked in fast food before so I recognize the need to prioritize fast service since how long each car is in the drive thru is timed but this should not be done at the expense getting orders out correctly. The coffee is never stirred, all the sugar sits at the bottom. The donuts I order are often wrong since they rush through the ordering process and don't listen properly. They need to focus less on fast service and more on efficiency.

I ordered the hash-brown in the evening. Specially asked for fresh they gave me old ones. It was very difficult to eat. I”ll never visit here again.

Store needs to get reviewed by the corporate, the service quality is not equivalent to a Canadian food chain standards. I usually use the drive thru in the morning. The staff is in a mighty hurry, I think it’s the manager who is in the morning make things unnecessarily fast where they get the order wrong almost all the time. I experienced more often and decided to share my experience here for them to change their ways. If they are charging money, they must provide what the customer wants and not what the muscle memory in their brain permits. The store needs to be reviewed and the employees, including the manager, needs to be trained until they can get an order right. The hot drinks have low quality standards. The franchisee needs to be worried about this cos if this continues, most customers will end up at another store, like me. Starting tomorrow morning, I will be avoiding this store till I hear an improvement.
