I recently visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. While receiving my order, the server accidentally spilled an entire hot coffee on me due to a poorly closed lid. I was rushing to an important meeting and this forced me to return home to change clothes. This is the third time this location served me cold steep tea, with more sugar then i asked for. I know drive through is grab and go, but come on these wont even let put your drink in the cup holder, and start scream at each " Hurry up, customer waiting" no wonder they can't get anything right, allways rushing.
