Great service friendly staff and great food and drinks
Love ❤️ Tim Hortons! They have great coffee, cold coffees and smoothies! And great breakfast sandwiches!
This Tim Hortons has genuinely become my go-to place. I come here regularly and always enjoy what I order — usually a plain bagel toasted with extra butter, and sometimes an Iced Capp. My food is always prepared the way I like it, and I’ve had consistently good experiences here.
What makes this location even better is the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming, and since I come here regularly, they remember me and even remember how I like my order. It may...read full review

Tim Hortons is a popular coffee shop known for its standard drinks, friendly staff, and spacious atmosphere. Customers have noted similarities to Starbucks, but many find the coffee and donuts to be superior. It's a nice, clean establishment that provides an enjoyable experience.
The food is generally satisfactory, with the honey donut bites and coffee being particularly praised for their amazing taste and reasonable prices. The coffee is always fresh, and the donuts are delicious, making it the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or coffee break. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy and the temperature of the flatbread pizzas. The variety of baked goods can also be limited at times.
The staff is hardworking and friendly, providing good customer service even when the store is busy. They do their best to keep the restaurant clean, although it can be challenging during peak times. The location can struggle to process orders efficiently, leading to long lines and waiting times. The establishment is conveniently located near Semiahmoo Mall, providing ample parking.
