My truck died right in the middle of the drive thru at the order speaker. Had to ask for assistance and they were right on the job! Sent two wonderful men out to push my truck out of the drive thru into a parking spot! I felt terrible but they were extremely kind and made the situation so much better. Absolutely wonderful service and kind people. Can’t remember the men’s name! But you know who you are! Thank you for the amazing help. And I still got my French vanilla nice...

This is my go-to location!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Kuldeep is an amazing supervisor. He is always on top of everything and is always friendly and helpful. Always tidy and clean.

We had the worst customer service experience with the supervisor at this location, Kulvir. He consistently refuses to blend whipped topping into the Iced Capp. We visit this location daily, and every time he’s not on shift, we’re able to get it blended without any issues. However, whenever he’s working the evening shift, he refuses and claims it’s a new Tim Hortons policy that whipped topping can’t be blended. It’s frustrating and inconsistent.
