This is my go-to location!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Kuldeep is an amazing supervisor. He is always on top of everything and is always friendly and helpful. Always tidy and clean.

We had the worst customer service experience with the supervisor at this location, Kulvir. He consistently refuses to blend whipped topping into the Iced Capp. We visit this location daily, and every time he’s not on shift, we’re able to get it blended without any issues. However, whenever he’s working the evening shift, he refuses and claims it’s a new Tim Hortons policy that whipped topping can’t be blended. It’s frustrating and inconsistent.

The worst customer service experience given by supervisor of this location named Kulvir, who always denies to blend whipped topping into ice cap. we go daily at this location, gets whipped topping blender whenever he is not on his shift but whenever he is on his evening shift, he denies he says to everyone that it’s a new policy by Tim Horton and we can’t blend it.
