Service was horrible. I bought a burrito and asked for cod. She said 3 minutes and I said ok. I went to ask if I could get two churros as well, but she cut me off and said one moment and went to get the cod. I figured she would ask what I needed when she came back, but she immediately helped the next two customers without acknowledging me (which is fine she helped them, but she got annoyed later). I went to Quesda today to place a large order for friends. Nav was absolutely phenomenal, and I was blown way by the customer service and the food. The food was delicious, but Nav really made the experience for me. She was training a new staff member, and as a teamThey were the most courteous and helpful staff despite the location being busy. Fresh food made fast! I love the cold veggies and spicy chicken on shredded lettuce! (And I never pass on the "hot salsa".) Makes for a great lunch spot or pickup/delivery for working lunches! The staff is friendly and fast and obviously well trained at a high level of service.
