Update November 2024: I have been ordering meal prep for a while and while I usually pick up at the Fleetwood location, the variety and quality of meals has been excellent and there is an option to make almost anything vegetarian. The food is always fresh when I pick it up and it makes my week so much easier.

Stopped in for a quick lunch had the billy wrap with the veggie option and a mango smoothie. Wrap was very tasty and generously sized and I really enjoyed...

I bulk ordered a bunch of meals and every item so far has been delicious. Food is fresh and perfectly seasoned. I've tried other meal prep companies and Training Day Cafe is by far the best all around. All communication has been fantastic and I really appreciate the variety and nutritional information on their website. Ordering was a breeze and pick up was easy as well. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!! :)

Real healthy stuff here — except for the sauces lol. As you can see in photo, just a tad too much, wished they either put less or on the side. Nevertheless, the chipotle sauce was yummy and good portions. Love the option of brown rice or quinoa.Definitely will come here again, my first time. Decent value for 6 ounces of chicken so go for the large.Amex approved.Lots parking in this mini-plaza.
