I always had a good experience here, but today the girl serving me just decided to give me the frosties she wanted, not the ones I actually asked for (pointed with my finger to the board next to her to be precise). And she then started convincing me that those are what I wanted. And then when I said I will take them even though I knew I would be throwing them away, she didn't even say sorry or thank you. Because it is her right to decide what I want. She also didn't give me juice for kids meal and she gave me 4 strips instead of 5. Unbelievable. Will not see me again for sure.

Pleasantly surprised ! Had Wendy's for the first time at this location. The interior was clean and appeared relatively well kept.
I had a Jr Bacon and Chicken wrap. The burger could have done with extra ketchup, but was moist and exceeded expectations. The chicken wrap was also OK. Chicken was hot and crispy but the tortilla was cold. Would go back.

Super disappointed in new "strawberry jam croissant" - I thought it would be a delicious crispy croissant with a buttery texture and jam stuffed generously into the middle much like a pastry.
Instead what I was handed was a limp, moist square shaped brioche type of bun cut in half with a teaspoon of pre-packed strawberry jam. I wasn't even given a knife with my order. It was not even edible and NOT because I didn't have a knife.
Also, morning staff (7am weekday) at this location seem pretty clueless about how to confirm orders after they are taken or even acknowledge a customer in the window. What an unpleasant experience both with food and customer service.

Had a terrible experience from this location… fries were cold, my chicken wrap was cold and poorly wrapped and on top of all that I ordered and paid for two sauces and they weren’t given to me.
