I came to pickup order but staff were not friendly, they didn't ask or care about me. I thinks that staff must be trained about communication and customer care.
If Wendy treat Uber or Skip like this, all driver block this trade until it back to normal. Mac Donald, we come to pickup very fast, staff is friendly

Very dry over cooked stale burgers , stale old fries, they let food sit to long and cook it on too high. Poor customer service skills. Roll eyes at u when walk in. Do better Wendys. Crappy food and service.

got a burger at this place made wrong, brought it to be remade and was asked “are you allergic or something” i don’t think this is the right way to go about this. i’ve noticed this at a few wendy’s now, you guys need to work on your customer service policies !

You know it’s sad when you feel the need to totally cheap out and give you mushy tomatoes and semi warm food if you can’t serve good food the way it’s supposed to be then maybe your in the wrong food category and stick to what you know cause burgers and fries are not for you people this is another restaurant that is on my never visit list which keeps growing maybe someday we can go to a restaurant and eat food the way we used made properly and fresh

Their breakfast special 2 burgers for $4 is definitely a must try, it is worth the trip to be there to enjoy this affordable and delicious breakfast with the great smiles from the staffs

The last while the service is so slow. People waiting for food, girls don't seem like they know what they are doing. Never use to be like this hate going there anymore

Very good, I love you Harman/Harmon(?). I had the Caramel Toffee Frosty - this was bomb but I wanted more caramel, $5.88 for what. If you guys could mix the bits, or put more caramel this would go 4/5 - 5/5 stars. However the bites I had with the caramel. Absolutely bomb.
Service, 10/10. Harman was fast and super friendly, far better than MANISHA could ever be. I REPEAT. MANISHA.
Please give Harman a raise and fire Manisha. I better not see Manisha, though I didn’t see her this time. Good job.

Excellent Service from Ma’am Asha at Wendy’s! ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️

Before meeting my friend in the afternoon, I stopped by Wendy’s for breakfast. I really love the Baconator, so I planned to get the Breakfast Baconator meal. I asked the cashier if they still had it available, and she said yes. I also added chicken nuggets to my order.

While waiting, Ma’am Asha, the cashier, was very accommodating and polite. She kept me informed about my order and handled everything with professionalism and a friendly attitude. When there was a small mix-up with my meal, Breakfast Baconator was not available anymore, kitchen staff just informed her, and I heard it from a far. She immediately offered a good solution and made sure I was happy with it.

I really appreciated how she went the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. She was kind, respectful, and attentive, even checked in to make sure everything was okay while I was dining.

Ma’am Asha truly represents what good customer service should be. Thank you to her and the Wendy’s team for making my visit such a pleasant one!
