Pleasantly surprised ! Had Wendy's for the first time at this location. The interior was clean and appeared relatively well kept.
I had a Jr Bacon and Chicken wrap. The burger could have done with extra ketchup, but was moist and exceeded expectations. The chicken wrap was also OK. Chicken was hot and crispy but the tortilla was cold. Would go back.

Super disappointed in new "strawberry jam croissant" - I thought it would be a delicious crispy croissant with a buttery texture and jam stuffed generously into the middle much like a pastry.
Instead what I was handed was a limp, moist square shaped brioche type of bun cut in half with a teaspoon of pre-packed strawberry jam. I wasn't even given a knife with my order. It was not even edible and NOT because I didn't have a knife.
Also, morning staff (7am weekday) at this location seem pretty clueless about how to confirm orders after they are taken or even acknowledge a customer in the window. What an unpleasant experience both with food and customer service.

Careful if using drive-thru. They’ll ask you questions strategically to have you order more expensive options. I drove by and asked for two small combos, and they only offered me medium or large options. Then while I said medium, they ended up putting in order for a medium and a large combo. I was in a rush and didn’t verify until I see the receipt way after.

Always been great place for years. Never had an issue. But, lately with the skip the dishes and outside orders. Slowed down the service at the counter. Took 30 minutes for my order at a fast food establishment. The staff was overwhelmed.
