Brinder the cashier was super polite and wonderful to talk to and professional and served all fresh n hot order and helped me with the coupon card too. Brinder went over and beyond with her customer service. The manager Sukhman, hats off to you and your team working together so efficiently, professionally and serving orders on time. Will recommend friends and family to come here and I will be back again for sure. thank you again : )

Just had an awful experience while coming through the drive thru with the family. A total waste of time and money coming here. The person who was working the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional, they couldn’t get the order right and when we advised them that it was wrong, they basically threw the food at my sister who was in the driver seat . The drive thru worker had real bad attitude and was very disrespectful and arrogant and just walked away after. I’m left flabbergasted at this , this person shouldn’t be working in customer service at all like if their like this . A simple talking to isn’t enough . We came home and took a look at the food and it was cold and completely inedible and we just tossed it out not even the family dog was disgusted by it, I highly recommend you avoid this Wendy’s to anyone who has a craving for a burger or go somewhere else. Tried to call to complain about this horrendous experience and what do you except no one answers there phone. I’m gonna keep calling until I speak to a proper manager or the owner of this establishment, cause in all honesty I’m quite furious about all this B.S . Id give this place zero stars

It was just a bad experience. Staff was unhelpful and not paying attention to my order. Not going back to this location.
I always get wendys, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I mentioned to the lady in the drive through to please fill my poutine properly with fries and she said they would but than when I get it I was shocked because it was practically empty and had the smallest amount of bacon on it I thought they didn't even put any on at first! So I went in and the manager tells me first that that's the normal amount they do so the lid can close but than I said no it's not I go to wendys all the time and it's never been like this than she argues with me for a bit and hesitantly goes and grabs some fries and puts them on the top some dry fries and than tried to charge me 45 cents for Extra gravy to cover the dry fries she added when i asked. And she said that's how we do it at this wendys we aren't the other wendys. The guy beside me was mind blown, too. Avoid this place at all costs if you can! (Thursday, October 2nd)
