the Vietnamese food is absolutely terrible. Second time trying it....first time was abysmal as well. Also ridiculously expensive for what you get. NEVER AGAIN!!
I only went to bamboo house once a couple years ago, and I’m never going back. I got the Pho and when it arrived, the noodles were stuck together in a solid clump in the bottom of a bowl of almost flavourless broth with a few pieces of meat floating around. I’d rather spend the time and money to drive out to Prince rupert to get good Pho than go to bamboo house again.
