“We were connected with the Taste of Tofino (Lil’ Ronnie’s BBQ) through our wedding coordinator and we were truly blown away!! I don’t even know if I have the right words to describe how awesome our experience was working with Ronnie.

Ronnie was so wonderful to communicate with, and he was willing to work with our budget and our vision. With his help, we were able to create a menu that would cater to all our guests, and still incorporate some of our favorites!

Our guests are absolutely raving about all the appetizers and of course the main meal even days after our wedding. We went with the Salmon Gravlax, Roasted Red Pepper Croquettes, and Burnt End Lettuce wraps for our appetizers. They were absolutely delicious, and we couldn’t get enough.

We chose the BBQ menu for our main meal and it did not disappoint! The brisket and the chicken were tender and flavorful, and the sides of Mac n’ cheese, beans, and salad were the perfect compliment.

We are so grateful to Ronnie, and we were so impressed with everything. We appreciate not only his culinary talent, but also how kind he is!
