Bought bagels at the drive thru. When I opened the bag all three were burnt. Contacted head office who said they would contact the Trail franchise and they would get back to me. Ten days later no one from the Trail Tim Hortons has contacted me. I won’t go again that’s for sure
Had to deal with dirty table and a super rude staff member.
I will be taking this matter up with management at the Trail BC outlet.
Terrible experience!!
Over the last few weeks, coffee has not been good. There have been two occasions in the last two weeks, the last one yesterday, that the coffee was undrinkable and had to be thrown away.
We go to Tim Horton’s drive thru because it is convenient, but we are rethinking this. I would rather take an extra five minutes and go into Starbucks or mc Donald’s to get a decent cup of coffee.
