“Absolute delight! I was lucky to be able to go this summer and I would go back in a heartbeat. The bed, the shower, the breakfast, the staff… wonderful. I also had the experience of the restaurant. Do not miss that. It is all worth it. A short walk to the beach… A short drive to the lighthouse trail… walking distance to every in town. Merci and hopefully will be back! Five stars for magical memories✨🫶 also forgot to all my gluten free friends it’s Gluten free amazing!!!!”

“We had the most delightful brunch on our honeymoon while in Ucuelet. The fried chicken benny is a must have as well as the house made hot sauce! Friendly service and fantastic vibes, will be back everything we come to town! 12/10 !!!!”

“WOW, WOW, WOW! This is a must-go food spot if you're visiting Ucluelet or Tofino - it'll be worth the drive! I'm celiac and was so pleased to know they have gf batter as a dedicated fryer for gf items! It was crispy, flavourful, fresh caught fish, even the tartar sauce was notably great! Quick and happy service, wonderful overall experience. Free parking and wheelchair accessible too! 10/5 stars 🌟”

“The pizza was really nice, however the wait times are horrible. The staff completely underestimated the times, and it takes a long time for food to get out of the kitchen. We saw take out orders come out 20 mins after ours was ordered, and ours took a long time. The place is nice, dark, cozy, and quite small.”

“We’ve had a blast performing at Eagle’s Nest Pub. Jo and the rest of the staff were so friendly to us. The food was amazing. The drinks were delicious and just an overall fun atmosphere. We’d definitely come back if they’d have us.”

“Loved this little patio! They were dog friendly which was a huge draw for us, travelling with our pup in late October. Right when our server brought us our beers the first night, our dog got excited seeing another dog and pulled our table(which she was attached to), spilling my boyfriend's FULL beer. Our server just laughed and got him a fresh beer. The servers were so friendly, we went there both nights we were in Ucleulet!”

“A great place for a family. Very good food and service. Lots of space. A very welcoming atmosphere. We had a kids beef bowl, baked salmon roll, wakame salad, sockeye nigiri, toro nigiri, agedashi tofu. Every item was superb. I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the wakame bowl and serving. This is the first place where we got so much wakame, we could not finish all of it as a family of five. The green tea is balanced, very nice flavour. Definitely a place to come back to again.”

“Was at Howlers’s on tues Aug 20/2024. They were slammed and we had to wait quite awhile for our food but we’re not disappointed. Caesar salad was one of the best I have had with fresh pea shoots and not overdressed. Amazing clam chowder. My son said his deer burger was juicy and delicious. Staff were so friendly even though very busy.”

“Staying at the hotel as a guest and wanted to order food for takeout. I called the restaurant to enquire about vegan options and the server was kind enough to check repeatedly with the kitchen what could be made vegan. Apart from salads, the risotto can be made vegan and is quite yummy - it has mushrooms and cauliflower. I must say the bill was a little pricey for the portion size especially considering there is no room service and you have to pick up your food from the restaurant yourself.

I hope there will be more options in the future.”

“Great experience. Food was super fresh tasting and didn’t make me feel yucky afterwards. I had the Mexican breakfast. Cool vibe and looked to be quite popular with tons of folks coming in at 12:00. Next time for sure will try one of the many gourmet hot dogs amd poutine.”
