My main gripe I have with this place is supposed of service. Seems not enough manpower in the kitchen and/or serving staff.

Food was quite good and good portion size. Servers were nice and helpful but maybe sometimes hard to reach.

Saw a black bear walking about outside when leaving. Caused is a bit of concern getting back to the car. But that's not a restaurant issue.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. The waitress tried to scam me by charging me for extra sides (garlic bread, which I thought came with the mussels I ordered) and hiding the receipt when paying. I had to ask twice to see the receipt and when confronted, she tried to argue and blame me for saying I said yes to those items.

Food also took almost 30 mins to arrive, so don't go here if you're in a rush.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience here. One person in our party had to send back their food because it was inedible and asked for something else. They didn’t take the time to ask why or talk to us, they just took it and that was that. We were charged for both meals. The server was polite but they may have been short staffed because service was also slow. On a positive note, the chicken was excellent.

Went in for a quick espresso and latte. Unfortunately the espresso was very bitter. Considering the price, I had higher expectations. The latte was fine. The waiter was in a rotten mood and seemed very short. We considered staying for food but left because of the bad vibe. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Burned and black pork belly. Either do not serve or replace the chef. Offered bill with happy hour drinks. Friendly serving, not friendly host, to hasty. If this is the standard in a quiet time, mondays lunch. How will it be at a busy time?

We just came down from a hard overnight hike and wanted some good food and to sit around and hangout. We were waiting for the food for an hour, we had a missed drink, and the food came out a bit cold, a bit dry, and some buns were stale. The staff were very nice but would have appreciated some sort of address of the reason of the wait. But $30-$40 dollar meals sort of make it more disappointing.

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. Arrived cold. Meat was dry. For the price, extremely disappointing. I used to love this restaurant. Won't be coming back.

Loved the brisket, good service, but not the best fries ever.

The food took a while to arrive but once it did, oh man. My family and I honestly were not expecting much but the food blew us away. The panko breaded cod. The bacon-wrapped scallops. The clams. The wings. All VERY delicious and well-presented too. They’ve got a charming patio as well which is perfect for a pint under the cool yet sunny Ukee skies. Highly recommend.

Had a great dinner in here with the gal and the pupper, super thankful they allow pups. We got turned away at ukee brewing because of their no pet policy...

A charming place with a nice atmosphere. However, I think the owner was a bit too drunk…

I’m a tour guide in Western Canada and came to this restaurant with my group based on some great recommendations. In my group, there are elderly people who wear hearing aids, so I asked if it would be possible to lower the volume a bit, as they couldn’t hear anything (and it was only 7:00 PM).

After that, I was bullied by the owner… he came and placed the speaker right next to me and turned the volume up even louder, which disturbed the rest of the restaurant. Then he asked the other guests in the restaurant if the volume was bothering them.

The waitresses were super nice and tried to lower the volume behind his back. I asked him several times if we could just talk, and he said that it was HIS bar and that if I wasn’t happy, I could leave. Members of my group also asked for the volume to be lowered, and he replied, “Be happy, I do not care, I am the owner.”

In short, I was really disappointed and humiliated in front of my group.
