Very cool breakfast spot with delicious options - we had the huevos rancheros and the shakshuka - both incredible. We also took some of the cookies (the ginger one and corn flakes ones are incredible) - sourdough bread was incredible too. Will definitely be back - cool vibe.
The cookies here are insane. What the heck. Perfect texture, crunchy and chewy and huge and gosh darn I should have bought one for the drive back. The breaky was tasty too. The veggie sandwich was good but really it’s all about the baking here. Damn.Vegetarian options: They accommodate vegetarians and modify dishes as needed.

Stopped in town for the day to grab brunch and a coffee. We came across THE BREAK and were pleasantly rewarded. Very friendly staff accompanied by a cozy location overlooking the inlet and the distant sound of the sea lions on the warf.Ordered the Mushroom Hash & Sausage Sandwich along with a couple flat whites. SOO good! Everything was made in house and tastes dilish. Had to order more so we got the Bagel & Lox. Great choice too. Their espresso drinks and drip coffee won't disappoint...read full review
