Coffee was fine. Went with kids and there were no bottled drinks to purchase. Asked for tap water was like pulling teeth. I would’ve been happy to purchase drinks for the kids, but that was just not an option. No restroom to use, and only a sign that pointed you to the aquarium or a public bathroom a few blocks away. Same with a garbage can - they point you to the street to use public garbage. We visited with two families and we were all disappointed.

Was served by Heather today who was very lovely. The double chocolate cookie was next level good, and the coffee was perfect. Also beautiful views from their patio, highly recommend!

Best espresso in Ucluelet!! Definitely recommend their lattes. Smoothest espresso and perfectly steamed milk :)

Small coffee shop located in down town Ucluelet. They roast their own coffee bean. Worth to try. Store has no seats inside but they have a great view outside. I see the long line up for sure there has good coffee.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff! This coffee shop specializes in coffee so they don’t offer a ton of pastries. I got a flat white and it was great!

We wanted to grab a coffee, but unfortunately we arrived two hours after closing. So we sat down on a bench in front of the place to eat a sandwich, but a lady came out and told us we weren’t allowed to eat there and had to move to the public benches farther away. Kicking out peaceful people from a closed place – great job, wouldn’t recommend.

Best coffee in town hands down. We had to buy whole beans to take home. Always very busy for a reason. Cute little location as well, view from the patio is prime on a sunny day.

Don't normally feel compelled to write negative reviews but this was our first negative service experience in 3 weeks in Canada. Owner/server was unwelcoming to us, despite seemingly chatty to locals/other patrons. Coffee not worth the poor vibe.
Go upstairs to the brewery for the same view and friendly staff.

Never in my many years of visiting local coffee roasters around the world have I ever found somewhere that refuses to offer a glass of tap water. I even offered my own water bottle to be filled and was refused for a second time.

The bariata was cold and unfriendly. I'm unsure of why she would want to work as the lone barista in such a touristy café if she did not care to interact with new people.

On top of everything, the coffee was bad.

Service was perfect. Polite, mature and professional. Shop is sparkling clean. But the best part was the coffee. Maybe best ever for me. I went to a couple larger, more popular cafés in the area but nothing even came close.

Delicious espresso!

My wife and I paid a visit to Foggy Bean Coffee Co’s coffee bar in search of her new morning coffee bean.

The barista gave us a sample cup of their batch brew, South Swell Blend.
Delicious!
Balanced flavour with just the right amount of roast.

We bought a bag of South Swell beans and a double shot espresso for good measure.

The espresso was sweet with great body and finish.
Well extracted.
That will be our next purchase, their Long Beach Espresso Blend.

The barista and owner, Heather was very knowledgeable about their blends and which blend suited which brewing methods.
