It was my first time to visit here at this location and for sure the last time. The timing is 6.18 pm and it’s 1 November, 2024. The cashier girl had zero customer service. Even though I work in A&W and ordered the masala veggie burger. She seemed to be working like as she is forced to. No smile no thankyou at all. The staff should have good gestures.

Order missing items. Gurjeet was incredibly rude when we went to ask to have them replaced. The order came with no sauce, no dips, the coffee had to creams or sugars, and she said that it was our fault. When we showed the recipet and explained that we didnt get things, she saod it wasn't their problem and that they would replace the items. Honestly just incredibly rude, and surprising sonsidering that replacing a small order of fries would cost almost nothing.

I have been a long-time patron of AW and have fond memories of its vibrant delicious food. Unfortunately, in recent visits, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both quality and service. It seems that some of the company’s recent decisions have not been for the better. The once-crowded dining room now feels empty, and the dishes lack the flavor and freshness they used to have.
Moreover, the prices have increased dramatically, far exceeding the rate of inflation. While I understand that costs rise over time, the steep price hikes are hard to justify given the decline in quality. It’s disappointing to see a place that was once a favorite lose its charm and become less accessible to loyal customers. I truly hope management takes steps to bring back the excellence and value that made this restaurant stand out.

I recently visited A&W broadway location and had a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Akshit and Rhythm. Both were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my meal was prepared just as I wanted it. It's clear that Akshit and Rhythm genuinely care about their customers. Kudos to them for making my experience a pleasant one!

Messiest burger I have ever seen. 40 years I haven't eaten at a fast food place. Picture looked tempting. One look I left the burger on the table. They got simple order wrong in a 3 o'clock zone.

For those who do not know, they still serve root beer without ice, in a chilled mug. The mozza burger remains favourite after all these years. This location is in Broadway. Tough to find parking even without all the construction. But it is on bus route and across the street from a SkyTrain station. Convenient on foot.
