They do not wash their hands between foods. They go from burgers, to drinks, to fries, with no washing between each dish. That is highly unsanitary and against FOOD SAFE rules. Also, you are never open 24 hours, stop lying.

I just had a fantastic experience at my local A&W and had to share. This visit was top-notch from start to finish, and it's thanks in large part to the excellent food and the incredible service from the manager, Michelle.
The food was spot-on. I ordered the classic Teen Burger combo with onion rings and A&W root beer. The burger was hot, juicy, and perfectly assembled, and the fries were crispy and fresh. It's always a treat to get such a high-quality meal from a fast-food restaurant.
What really made the visit special, though, was Michelle, the manager. She was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in, making me feel welcome and valued. Her positive attitude is contagious and it's clear she takes pride in her team and their service.

Just ordered an order of pancakes with coffee the just punched in one pancake only i mean who orders just one pancake even the menu has a picture of three later called in the supervisor and she was even ruder started lecturing me. Duhh! Didn’t even get the maple syrup with it and even coffee literally half empty.
