Every time I order a burger at A&W and ask for ketchup, they direct me to the self-serve ketchup pump. It’s incredibly awkward and messy trying to put pump-dispensed ketchup directly on a burger, especially if you’re eating on the go. It would make way more sense if they simply offered ketchup packets whenever someone orders a burger — it’s cleaner, easier, and much more convenient. A small change like this would really improve the customer experience.

But they don't clean the tables! I as a customers have to clean my own table. I went to this one A&W down the city somewhere (can't really remember where it was) i was shocked how clean it was. It looked n smelled clean. The floors were clean. I was very impressed. I wish other A&W's would follow that example.
I mean you are a huge franchise. Keep your restaurants CLEAN.
