I live nearby and come by often enough. Honestly the service is so all over the place but today was especially awful! Complete ignorance … forgot to add fries to a basic order, tried giving only half filled cup of oj even tho they charge premium from switching from pop to juice and they don’t have poppies on Remembrance Day! Just shameful all around.

Had a breakfast with friends at the beginning of a very long day. The dining area was clean and friendly, the staff obviously work well together and seem to like their job, and we were treated with respect and politeness. Definitely a lovely place to grab a burger or breakfast.

Very poor customer service! This one Aunty came to us and asked us to leave even we were eating lunch, we bought food from A&W and still asked us to leave. We were filming something and were doing makeup and were fixing hair we requested alot to let us complete in 5mins. But she was so frecking arrogant and said she would ask to security to go out. She said "why do you expect me to understand your situation i dont care leave my store". She is clearly not an Asset to the store, She deserves to have straight actions taken towards her. The other girl at counter was really sweet and gave our very happily and with a good energy.
